We spent 10 days at this hotel in June and had a lovely time. There were lots of bars and restaurants to eat in near to the hotel. We used to spend some of the days down at a local beach and we also hired a car for a few days to explore the island. It is such a truly beautiful island. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff were friendly. One thing we found difficult at the hotel was that the sun loungers were often all taken or reserved by 7am. People seemed to reserve them even though they had no intention of using them for a few hours. This problem could definitely do with some input and policing from hotel staff. We did manage to have a swim in the pool and get a sun lounger early evening.It was exactly the same scenario at the beach attached to the hotel - sun loungers all reserved early. We gave up in the end! Sadly. I think this is an issue which would deter us from staying at the hotel again.…

Great hotel and staff lovely to have the beach so close by . the pool was enjoyable nice and clean with plenty of sun loungers..the food was really nice and a great for vegetarians.friendly staff nothing was too much trouble..

It was our first holiday in Kefalonia and this hotel and we hope to return because we were sad to leave! It was such a comfortable, relaxing and refreshing week. All of the staff were so friendly, welcoming and efficient. The room was well equipped , a decent size , spotlessly clean with air conditioning and had good storage facilities. The twin beds were comfortable but a tad too firm for my arthritic bones. However after requesting a mattress topper the receptionist ensured that one was added to my bed almost immediately! We enjoyed the food at breakfast and dinner and it was so lovely to sit outside to eat in the mornings The views from the hotel are superb and it’s set in the most stunning position in a sheltered bay with comfortable loungers around the pool and direct access to a lovely little beach. The beach bar and cafe is so convenient for lunch, snacks and drinks. Thank you to the management and all of the staff for ensuring that our stay was the best it could be. Unclean room on arrival, it was cleaned after request Rooms no sound insulation so can hear literally everything Breakfast started well but eggs cold even after explaining twice Quite dated now and certainly doesn’t feel like a 4 star Positives are the location to a wonderful beach, beach bar good food, balconies for sea view rooms lovely

Returned last Sunday from this wonderful hotel which was our 2nd visit & already planning our return next September.From start to finish was excellent,checked in on arrival by really friendly receptionists to a sea view room on the first floor so no need to use the lifts,we booked half board again as we really enjoyed the food back in June 2019.Same again very good food in the restaurant both breakfast & Evening meal,restaurant very clean & well run by the superb Lambros who I rate as the most friendliest restaurant manager with a smile & a warm welcome for everyone,every morning we had breakfast on the terrace also kept very clean.Well done to the lovely ladies who kept our room spotlessly clean,thankyou,love the location of this hotel its in the perfect position for the beach with a lift down to the beach for anyone with walking difficulties,a slight hill upto the main road but not a problem for us,bus stop for Argostoli just a couple of minutes walk & bus fare €2 each way or €8 taxi ride & usually several taxis waiting outside hotel,we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here last week,the staff,the cleanliness in all the public areas,we didn't use the pool or the sunbeds as we spent our spare time on the beach & got 2 sunbeds & umbrella for €7..we can't wait for our next visit to this lovely hotel…

We stayed in the Hotel Mediteranee and the hotel itself was lovely. Maid service every day with towel change every other day. Reception staff were very pleasant. We are not pool people but did notice that guests were putting their towels out early but in the hotels defence if the guest wasn't on the sunbed within a reasonable time, a member of staff moved the towel enabling someone else to have the sunbed. The food was lovely but unfortunately I have Coeliac Disease and while there was gluten free options, cross contamination was an issue so I did have to stick to foods like salads, cheeses, meats and fruit and jelly and ice cream. Kefalonia is a beautiful island and we were very fortunate to see turtles playing in Argostoli and one hatch from a nest on the beach and make its way down to the sea. It was an amazing experience.…

You cannot fault this amazing hotel and staff . The hotel is immaculate. The rooms are spotless . The staff cannot do enough to help you . The beds are super comfy and firm and they will even give you a mattress topper of preferred . The beach is just downstairs and the pool is beautifully presented . I am vegetarian and breakfast was amazing ! Pancakes waffles , home made sweets and delicious fruit yogurts and local delicacies . I took my elderly mother who loved everything. Well done. The bay is heavenly and the turtles were hatching the week we were there . Take a snorkel and you may even see the big turtles. Thank you for having us

Just home-spent a week here- lovely...our room was very nice facing the pool and sea. Breakfast great, loved eating outside each morning, staff very good. We were B&B which suited us. Lovely location and the small beach wonderful, sea clear and warm and we had fabulous weather too. Special moment early one morning seeing baby turtles hatch and walk into the sea. We also went to the port to see the larger turtles! Lovely relaxing break on a pretty island.

The hotel is situated at the bottom fo a short but steep hill below the main road in Lassi. With rooms overlooking the sea and pool area at the rear, those on the front overlook gardens. Sea view rooms come with a cost of E20 pppn, so are not cheap we stayed in a garden view room and found it good value. The room was a good size with twin beds ,bathroom and balcony. Only draw back for us was the shower is over the bath which means climbing into the bath to use the shower. Not as young and agile as we once were so found that difficult would be nice to have had a walk in shower. We were bed and breakfast so did not have an evening meal in the hotel. The choice for breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. All the staff from the room maids, bar staff and reception were all great. Rowels and bedding were changed regularly The pool area was very clean and a good supply of sun bends were available. The view from the pool area overlooking the bay was brilliant and gives an uniterupted view of the specracular sunsets. We will be using this hotel again…
