Our stay at Astra Village has been Amazing! We had no expectations because this was an impulsive vaccaition. Entering the small hotel covered in beautiful flours and with the best vieu ever over Phytagorion, felt like a ferytale! For years our vaccations has been on big family resorts (Three children), this was no option this time and we were just really lucky finally to be able to travel again after the pandemic! Astra Village did NOT dissapoint us! The staf is really loving and caring. They did everything they could to make us feel welcome, and the personal service can not be compaired to big hotels no matter what! Amazing vieu on both room balcony and big roof terrasse where a romantic quiet breakfast is served in the sun or under big umbrellas, traditional breakfast with local food, no disturbing noise nightime, aircondition, refridgerator, big roms, and actually the first hotel we ever visited who has comfterable beds and pillowes (not to soft)! For a to star hotel this is a great experiance! Despite several recommadations over similar hotels we will not consider other opportuneties for our next stay in Phytagorion!

A great little hotel with a lovely host. The rooms are very comfortable and it has a great view of Pythagorio. Perfect for a break. The family really enjoyed our holiday! From the hotel you can walk down to the centre and with a car you can get great beaches and sites.

This was our second stay at Astra Village in Pythagoreio, Samos. This is a wonderful place to stay. It’s a bit steep the stairs and hills to the place but it’s totally worth it, the reward is the best view in the whole islands! They serve a nice breakfast if you don’t want to make your own in your apartment. They have safe in the rooms and air conditioning for a small fee. It’s a good standard and well kept place, and they’re keeping it clean and tidy. Our two floors apartment was cleaned every day, and towels and sheets was changed every second day, wow! The woman who runs the place can fix everything, she’s a real gem, she and her employees:) And as a bonus Astra Village has top notch Wi-Fi, you can stream films🤓👍🏼✨ I can really recommend Astra Village Apartments, you will have to do some climbing but think of it as bonus workouts😅

We were here for 2 weeks in august 2017 and we enjoyed it very much. We got a 1 bedroom apartment (no. 21) wich had a perfect and beautiful view over the sea, city and marina. The decor was simple but adequate (very small bathing space). Nice shared terrace, where you could buy drinks, etc. The staff was nice and came to clean the apartment every day, often changed the towels and linens. It requires good legs to be there, as the hotel is on a steep hill, but it is worth it because of the beautiful view. We will definitely come back!!

Although it's very high up, Astra Village is a lovely place for your stay in Pythogorio! We stayed in an apartment and it was very big with lots of storage space. The balcony was huge and we had a spectacular view-well worth the hike up!! The owner is lovely and helpful and the housekeeping staff was excellent. Highly recommend 👌😁

Its a nice place, and it have a great view from the balcony but you have to be fit to stay there because its on top of the hill, but also if you are not fit you will become fit! About the room, its has kitchen, its has bathroom but our bathrooms door was broken. its not a big problem, the problem for me is that the bed was hard. The good things is that the owner is nice. And the hotel have a great view.

My husband and I stayed at Astra Village for a week in July 2015. We had a studio apartment with a wonderful sea view. The walk up the hill was challenging, but the views compensated well for it. The studio apartment was pretty basic, but very clean and quiet. Our balcony was really tiny - just big enough for a small table and two chairs. The view was beautiful though. The air-conditioning worked well. The bathroom was very small, trying to take a shower without making the whole bathroom floor wet was just doable but a challenge. Wi-fi was free of charge and worked well in our apartment (#22), which was close to the reception (above it). Not all the apartments have sea views, so it's worth paying extra for the view. All-in-all we were satisfied with the hotel and its location; for this size hotel, it is very good. The walk up the hill was great from exercise point of view, even though it was a bit overwhelming at times in the heat.

The two of us stayed for two weeks in an apartment with two floors (bathroom and bedroom downstairs, combined kitchen and living room upstairs) and a very large terrace with a truly magnificent view overlooking the harbour out to the sea. We have stayed in many apartments in the Mediterranean area, and this one definitely made our Top 3. There was so much space in the apartment and it was so cozy that some afternoons we just stayed inside reading and relaxing. This place is very easy to recommend.

We was there our honeymoon at August 2011 and we loved views at sea over Pythagorion . Balcony was small but it didn´t matter because my wife was and is so beatiful. : ) and those views also..Lady in reception was free and easy . We are still remembering that journey and we will go back to Astra Village year 2016 .
