By far the best hotel in the area. Very nice rooms, excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. A very nice place to stay, if you are sightseeing in Thessaly. Meteora is about 40 minutes away and the Plastiras lake can be reached after a 15 minutes drive.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in November as part of a tourst group visiting from Kakamata. The hotel was great. Rooms were accommodating and large. Good service. The buffet service for breakfast and dinner was good with a variety of food choices to choose from.

The right choice for being close to the city and to enjoy and take your time. Great pool and facilities for children. In the hotel plus the free internet in all areas. Much appreciated. We will visit again the hotel.

We (family with 2 children) 've stayed at this hotel late March, on vacation. The hotel is located in the industrial zone of Karditsa, a 4 min drive from the city centre. Despite the negative critics, we chose the hotel as a base to explore the wider area of Thessalia.(10 min to Plastira lake, 20 min to Trikala) The rooms...

Though many things are getting worse due to the financial crisis and the problems one could logicaly expect to see in every company, this hotel still remains the best in it's town, and one of the best ones in Thessalia.

Convention facilities for meetings and weddings are available. Rates are reasonable and it's the nicest and closets resort close to our offices of Theoni...

Before I visited I had read all the reviews on TripAdvisor about this hotel. They were very mixed opinions from dreadful to amazing. Now I see why. From the outside and generally its appearance is very fancy, stylish and 5 stars-y. The rooms are also classy, redish with fairly comfy beds. I was travelling as a group with my school,...

The rooms were not ready, even though we had booked long time before. The personnel was all rude, like they didn't want to work and they did us a favor. Some 4-member families had to sleep all together in the double bed as the extra beds they had put, were broken. The breakfast was like plastic. And when we asked...

Arriving with a group (families), we reserved and paid a deposit a month in advance. On arrival (13H30) the rooms were not ready, okay let's wait a bit ... Finally the last rooms were finally given at 18H30 ! Their excuse: "we don't have personnel" ! Sorry, but didn't you know we were coming ? During this time, not a...
