Overall an average experience.
The rooms were neat & clean with lovely views.
However ...
...Breakfast was very basic and never changed once during our 4-days stay. It could have been enhanced with local products, such as pies instead of toasties or freshly squizzed orange juice instead of ready made.
...The lady owner refused to turn the heating on (it was raining for 3 consecutive days and was really humid) and gave us a blanket instead!!!
...Not close to the village of Tsagarada.

Family owned B&B. Our room was spacious, clean and had a big balcony, with great view to the sea. Breakfast is served either in the room/balcony or one can have breakfast in the lovely garden of the B&B. Breakfast is simple (coffee, orange juice, egg, toasted sandwich, bread-butter-homemade jam) but v.good. There is a fridge in the room, and a hairdryer too. There is no air-condition, but it was not necessary (even in late July) as the place is cool. Wi-Fi is available in the room. The B&B is situated near the Aghia Paraskeui church (5 mins drive) and is also a close drive to some great beaches of the area. On the minus side, I would mention the hard (uncomfortable) matress and the poor soundproofing. Overall though, quite good.

We stayed here for a few days in spring for hiking. We have been on Pilio before and the area is just gorgeous any time of the year.
We were welcomed very warmly, even though it was already late. The room was very comfortable, clean and sunny.
The guesthouse is a little way from the main road, but it is not surprising since the village is spread out quiet a bit up and down the mountain. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee really good.
There are plenty of nice tavernas along the main road (5min by car) which serve very delicious, local food.
The famous Milopotamos beach is about 15-20min by car - just beware that the bay (and Tsgarada in general) are on the East side of the mountain and the sun does not reach the beach in the afternoon.
Very good value for money.

I scheduled my trip on 15th of September 2023. Unfortunately the region was completely destroyed by storm Daniel. I called in order to ask for a voucher with 1 year duration. They refused and they told me that the hotel was working fine!!! I cancelled my trip, because the region was blocked by authorities due to diseases and destroyed infrastructure and asked my money back, based on "Booking's" cancellation policy due to emergency, which overwrites any other hotel’s policy. The owners of the hotel behaved completely unprofessionally, they refused to return the money and the lied from the beginning of the communication. The case has been forwarded to relevant Public Authorities. It’s a disgrace for Greek tourism and hospitality.

The room was extremely small with no balcony, we couldn't breath at night, the breakfast was very poor!! The receptionist never present, no phone in the room, we stayed for 4 days, the third one we didn't even have the shower gel, when we asked for it they said they don't have anymore!!!
The only good thing about this place is the location! But in general I don't recommend it!

Great location, the hostess mrs Matoula was very kind, friendly and communicative, the room was small but very tidy and clean with a big window in the middle which offered you a majestic scenery of wild nature and a view to the saint John's port, we higly reccomend Stilvi for a weekend full of relax ♡

I went at guesthouse Stilvi a few days ago. The owner was very hospitable and helpful. She even waited till 11.30 in the evening for us to arrive from Athens. The rooms were cosy and were decorated traditionally but not rustic and that was quite pleasant. The room was also very clean, the bed and the pillows were almost the best that I have ever used. The view from the room was also moving,we saw the Aegean every morning.. The breakfast was also very good. I tried this guesthouse in the winter. In summer I think it will be another great experience. Thank you Mrs Matoula!

We stayed here in August for a week with our little girl. Clean room, clean beds, nice breakfast and the hostess was charming. Choose your spot around the garden for breakfast, and enjoy the well-kept gardens. Very flexible to come and go. Our room had an amazing view of the sea too - worth waking up for.

Very nice view, very nice and clean room but the location was a bit far from the centre, the rest visitors were very noisy (until 02:00 a.m.) and owner of the hotel didn't do anything about it. Lastly the fireplace in the lobby had field all rooms with smoke.

We had the family room which was great but worth noting it doesn't have a balcony to sit and enjoy the lovely views. The room was very clean and comfortable, we had no issues with noise from other rooms. The breakfast was different everyday and included delicious homemade local foods. Stilvi is about a 5 minute drive from Tsagarada but it's not really a problem and you get much better views than you would if you were in the middle of the village. We would definitely visit again.
