We stayed here for 5 nights on our honeymoon. It was perfect in everyway from start to finish. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The views of Naples Bay and Vesuvius from the 5th floor are breath taking. Hotel very clean. Breakfast is...More
Found the hotel a typical old fashion, lovely friendly Italy hotel. We stayed in the farm house which was very welcoming and warm and has a solarium with fantastic views, weather permitting. The room was typical Italy and clean. The food was excellent; we went...More
The best part of this hotel is the amazing view! If you stay here, you must opt for a room with a view over the Bay of Naples - the top floors (4 or 5) are best. Our room was clean and functional, although the...More
We knew we wanted to honeymoon in Italy as we come here every year. We hadn't yet visited Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast though, and given it's reputation for being one of the most spectacular stretches of coastline anywhere in the world, we couldn't think...More

I stayed there in July last 2017 and the rooms were not modern but they were a traditional Italian style. Very clean and very comfortable. Nothing in my room was dated or worn. I don't think very modern rooms would suit the character of this hotel. The whole hotel has that old Southern Italian character to it which liked, after all I was in Italy. Yes there are sockets for a hairdryer, and reception loaned me a conversion plug to use, as I forgot mine.

You can eat in the hotel any night but you have to order your food at breakfast time. There is a good selection of restaurants in the local village. Some of them do require booking in advance. Hope you enjoy your stay.
