Good food, great views but not really suitable for youngsters as very quiet. Book excursions from reception as more personal . Rooms ok functional. Ensure you request sea view room with balcony as some rooms are less than satisfactory as small & airless. Pool gorgeous.

Hotel is ok, rooms are slightly cramped but on the whole ok. Breakfast buffet is generous and what you'd expect at the cost. Pool is good and service was always good. Did not eat evening meal here. Cost wise this is ok!

The hotel sits high above Sorrento with beautiful views over the bay of Naples - beautiful on a sunny day, and also by night. The building is charming and the accommodation standard is simple and good, as are the other facilities. The staff are mostly very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is of a high standard, lunch by the pool was...

Just home from a week in the Sorrento/Amalfi area... We stayed at Jaccarino as part of our holiday package with Omega Holidays on a half board basis. Breakfast was a continental buffet, varied and filling; dinner was 3 courses with a limited choice of dishes. Would recommend seafood dishes - excellent swordfish and sea bream. They really need to half...

Stayed for a week as part of a hiking group from Canada. Our room was very small but it was clean and well appointed. The staff were all accommodating and most spoke good English. The food was ho-hum. Breakfast was the same old buffet everyday and you couldn't get a banana to save your life. There was lots of food...

We don't normally write reviews but having just returned from a week at this hotel and having read some of the negative comments, we felt we had to write about our experience. Firstly, it is a lovely quaint hotel, with stunning views, if souless boutique is more your style, then don't stay here. It is in the village of St....

Considering this is the sister hotel of the Imperial Tramontano in Sorrento there are few similarities. The hotel is very clean and the staff are delightful except for one individual on reception who seems to be permanently on the defensive. During our stay the numbers at dinner fell off as guests opted out of the badly prepared food. Waiting staff...

We spent a week here on half board beginning of September. Hotel traditional rather than modern but staff very friendly and good service particularly in dining room. Food generally good. Only problem we encountered was bathroom which was inadequate as shower next to toilet and no cubicle so floor got wet and would have been impossible to use if we...

Although I requested a room that didn't involve steps, we arrived after midnight to be informed, all be it with a dose of Italian charm that the reserved room was accessed by steps. The solution to the problem was a room with no balcony and only the smallest of windows and a view over local balconies. Next morning, we requested...
