We arrived at the hotel and were pleasantly surprised. The room was very nice and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, there were no English programmes on the television. We were on a bed and breakfast basis, and thought we could eat dinner in the hotel on several nights. Big error! All the restaurants, except l were closed for the season and we arrived Saturday and couldn't eat in the hotel until Thursday!!! Supermarket dinner one night, then we had to travel by bus to Olbia for an overnight stay to get a nice meal. More costly than we thought. Overall, a lovely Time, but feel that as residents, we could have dined there more than once!

Firstly I like to say thank you to all of staff Warm welcome of reception and very helpful. The manager and breakfast staff very friendly& polite, breakfast was great a lot of choices the room was very nice and very clean large space the location was lovely suitable for adults the Club hotel got stunning view of Baja beach I would recommend to everyone

We were lucky to have our room upgraded to a wonderful sea view. Hotel is beautiful and in keeping with the surroundings. All staff are friendly, helpful and attentive nothing is too much trouble. Most of the shops and restaurants were closed during our stay due to end of season. Luckily we booked half board so didn't have to forage for food places in the evening! breakfast was great with plenty of choices and the four course evening menu was great. Recommend to hire a car if you are not one for relaxing on the beach all day. Overall a great five day stay.

We loved this hotel, very clean rooms, very friendly staff and special thanks to the restaurant staff. Perfect breakfast everytime. Excursions from frontdesk where also perfect! This is a nice hotel whithout screaming kids.

A perfect week in the sun with well situated accommodation for the beach, local bars and shops and very friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. Table service at dinner was something we had not experienced for a long time!

See my comments in the boxes earlier provided in the survey. My reservation about future recommended visits is that neighbouring Island Archipelago had no facilities, nor shaded areas which made walking/laying around for a couple or hours or more unbearable! perhaps also ascertaining from new guests their room Tea/Coffee/Drink preferences for room staff to provide - although even if provided there was no milk in the fridge for use! I cannot say if my visit was value for money as I had no idea what I paid for it, as I was on a package holiday/visit

This hotel is wonderful. The restaurant went above and beyond to accommodate my nut/peanut allergy, for which I have never had such great service before. They made me feel safe, included and able to enjoy great desserts adjusted for me. Alessandro is exceptional. Wonderful location too. Only thing is that the rooms could be a bit cleaner as it was quite dusty, but I’m being picky. Overall, a special place.

Lovely location in beautiful bay, with sandy beach and crystal clear waters. Extremely clean and comfortable, and we were very grateful for the unprompted but welcome room upgrade. Very helpful staff and the food offerings were delicious. Shame the restaurant was mainly full of an evening with those on half board, with no chance of other patrons being able to book, as they had closed the balcony area for the end of the season, despite the temperatures still being warm. Plenty of other good restaurants around though. No swimming pool, but a private area on the beach instead, with free sunbeds and parasols. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed an excellent 2 week break at this very comfortable and beautiful property in its stunning bay setting. The whole caring experience was conducted by highly professional, friendly and competent staff right across the board from reception, cleaners, waiters/waitresses, dinning room managers and yes even the attending reps.
