I have just returned from my first trip to a ski resort, and whilst I found the resort to be excellent, this hotel served only to disappoint. This was due largely to the unwelcoming, rude and even verbally aggressive nature of the husband and wife owners. I was in a school party of well behaved, polite teenagers whose money these...

What can i say , my son has just come back from his school skiing trip (holiday) and has lost 5lbs in weight , obviously the skiing had a lot to do with this but it could also be put down to the fact the food was dreadful at the hotel and not varied at all , you would think...

The positives; The hotel does have curb appeal, it does have nice views, but that is it. The manager and his wife are the rudest people I have ever met, constantly staring at you, making you feel really uncomfortable, they walk into your room without knocking even if you are in the shower and just close windows, open doors and...

I had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel on what was otherwise a fantastic week of skiing. The managers of the hotel were cold, uncommunicative, rude and at times aggressive. On several occasions, they took to going into student rooms unannounced, following people around the hotel and even shouting at school staff in Italian without explanation. On the...

Excellent breakfast;4 course dinner; 31/12 dinner -free wine, water,gift and champagne party ; very near to slopes; clean and waitress friendly. Mauro went out of his way to make our stay exceptional.

“ask for a big one, they're generally the nicer and the ones on the front with balcony's are nicer with a better view. Possibly rooms that are on higher floors are better too because of less noise.”
