Nice modern decorated hotel at end of Town Public spaces are modern and to very high standard. Some rooms a bit more basic, but all clean and well looked after. Stayed as part of a ski package. Food was excellent, well stocked buffet breakfast and dinner was very high quality and staff were always super helpful to get things to...

If you have been to real 5 stars hotel and expect the same here you will be strongly disappointed. The hotel has not so much individual service, mass tourism restaurant, cold swimming pool (they write its cold according to Italian law:-) ), spa opening times dictate your day and consequently is always full (closed in the morning, open till 7...

Just returned for a weeks skiing at this hotel over the new year. Hotel was beautiful. Our room was fabulous - very large, amazing shower and the cleaning staff were faultless. We used the wellness centre most nights which was great - the pool could of been a bit warmer esp if you have a few ski bumps. Also you...

We are just back from a trip to grand hotel paradiso. From reading the reviews I wasn't expecting an awful lot from this hotel. The hotel is a beautiful hotel, in a great location perfectly suited for skiing. We arrived on New Year's Eve and were given a seven course meal as well as complimentary glasses of bubbly!!! The food...

Stayed here in feb for family ski holiday. Large room, decent food and good location relative to the slopes. We took all our own gear so no experience of the hire facilities. Restaurant very accommodating and many of the guests we spoke to had returned year on year, although most said that the standard rooms were not great. We booked...

Well from the minute we arrived we were overwhelmed by the hospitality, politeness and willingness of staff to please, cleanliness of everywhere and superb restaurant. We checked on trip advisor before we booked and took on board the suggestions of booking a room with a balcony. Our room was amazing with the most perfect view. The restaurant was plentiful for...

The hotel is great but the restaurant is lousy. Bad attitude with guests and they don't bring the food that you order. During breakfast they don't offer you coffee or say 'good morning.' Terrible, terrible restaurant. They make the hotel look really bad.

The place is ideal for ski beginner. Ski runs are large with small slope, well connected. It was not much crowded, most probably because of the period of the year (march). The hotel did not match our excpectation. From the site and booking.com it was not clear if it is a 4 or 5 star hotel. Even in the hotel...

Don't be fooled by the brochure, they put the luxury hotel room pictures up, the average person won't get those rooms. We had a standard room, very small, very basic, but clean and tidy and cleaned daily. The hotel is ideally situated for the skiing, it is on your doorstep, 50 feet from the ski lift and a superb long...

As our first time skiing we were a little daunted. We should not have been as the hotel was great. The rooms were comfortable and the public areas very clean and well presented. The pool and sauna were nice but note you have to wear a cap (3 euros) in the pool and kids are not allowed in after 5pm....
