Just returned from a fantastic ski in and ski out holiday at the Mirandola in Passo Tonale. The hotel is picturesque and the hosts are absolutely superb. The staff went above and beyond to ensure all guests were happy. Rooms are rustic - a few minor cracks in the masonry - but that is part of the charm, you're staying... More

I'll start with the positives: Nice setting, beautiful view outside, nice wine and dessert. Unfortunately that is where the positives end. We were recommended the "meal away" evening by Crystal holidays. When we arrived at the restaurant we were told we would be sat with another couple, as there weren't enough tables (a little awkward for both parties.) Service was... More

Fantastic skivacation on top of the mountain. Old monastery kind renovated. Minimalistic luxury. Breakfast and dinner 3-4 course included. Great for couples. & Families with kids. Everybody can stay there. Thanks to the best host for an amazing week.

I cannot believe the reviews that were written whilst we were staying. If you have an appreciation of history, culture and don't expect a Hilton hotel with uber modern facilities, then this is the place for you. Yes the building is old, this is half way up the mountain, and there are cracks on the walls and floors. The setting... More

** RESTAURANT REVIEW - DIDNT STAY AT THE HOTEL ** I heard a lot about the restaturant, the food and atmosphere, and well, I am disappointed. First of all, the atmosphere is good, the piano player played well and lovely, and the design is impressive, but... The food, is well overrated, it's like you can find in similar restaurants in... Very uncomfortable room, beds were like camp beds, very poor quality. Shower was too small for an adult. Dinner service was too long, had to wait 45 minutes between courses. Dinner took 2.5 hours every night. The spa looked nice but the hot tub didn't work, it was luke warm and the buttons to start the jets didn't work, the... More
