We stayed at this palatial place from 30th August to 3rd September. It has 5 spacious rooms (1 ensuite) plus 2 bathrooms. Rooms have traditional settings with comfortable beds. The kitchen has all the amenities adjoining the dining room and living room. The huge grounds are well manicured and you can walk down the attached vineyards. A good and clean swimming pool is available. The owners, Gio and his wife are wonderful couple and always available for any help.

It's in a very green area of Italy sorrounded by vineyards and olive farms. It's a great place for a family holiday.

All in all a highly recommended place to stay .

I've spent in October a long weekend with a group of friends. The location is amazing, one of the best areas in Tuscany. The house is very big and spacious but at the same time cozy and warm. Calm, romantic and good for relaxing, if you want to get away from everyone and everything surrounded by the beauty of natural world and enjoy local wildlife...and for sure local products.

Beautiful villa on a hill top in Tuscany! Lovely home with great views. Giovanni our host was wonderful, very helpful. A spectactular retreat after a day of touring Tuscany. I have rented villas here before. This is by far the best of all of them. I hope that I will have to pleasure of returning sometime soon. Grazie!

We spent an enjoyable week with my three grown up children and their familes.
The villa is very well equipped and spacious and provides all you need during your stay. The villa is stand alone in a very large 16 hectare area growing grapes. The view from windows and from garden are beautiful. The villa has also a private outdoor swimming pool with reasonable size.
Giovanni, the owner representative and his aunt are very pleasant people and ready to assist for any question you might have.

I have traveled to 30 countries .. stayed at countless AirBnbs... and I can easily say I have NEVER stayed any place as breath-taking as La Collina. I could go on on and on regarding the stunning 365 views the villa offers, the gorgeous fruit trees, chickens, vineyards, and more... but what made everything so special was our spectacular host, Gio. When you meet Gio, you are met with kind, genuine hospitality. Gio is quiet and very humble regarding his many accomplishments.. but the more you get to know him - the more amazed you will become! From his cross-country bicycle trips, to working for the Italian parliament, to knowing the most interesting and adventurous people AND cooking out-of-this-world authentic Tuscan cuisine... I've never met anyone quite like him. After spending time with Gio, you feel seen, welcomed, celebrated, and inspired. He brings beauty, thoughtfulness, and goodness to every conversation and interaction. I am a better person for knowing him and hope to get meet again one day. Do yourself a favor and book La Collina for as long as you can - you will leave refreshed and inspired.

Are you looking for a luxury villa on top of a Tuscan hill, among wineries with stunning views, private pool, outdoor dining, huge private garden, .... this is your place. At 30min from Siena and 45min from Firenze.
A real gem. Probably the nicest place to rent in this area. Place for 10 people. Possibility to have dinner made for you by a local cook.

The hardest part of writing about La Collina after some time is wanting it all back. We were a 10 people family group and I was worried about having a truly tuscan experience, and all of us with comfort and some privacy. So I found La collina and it couldn't be better.
It's exactly like the pictures, with fully furnished rooms, all clean, two tables for all of us to sit together, in and outside, enjoying the fantastic view. The olive trees, cypress on the way, the smell of flowers, grapes everywhere and giovanni´s fresh honey.
We like cooking, so we could travel around tuscany all day and go back home at night, using all the beautiful tuscan style hand painted dishes and taste many flavours that we couldn't at the last trip, 5 years ago, when we stayed at hotels.
The villa is close to a charming and really small city called ceninna, and not so close to bucine, which is definitely not a problem, but maybe it´s impossible going there without car, like most of tuscany, i think.
Well, I could go there every year to enjoy this such special place!
La collina is in our hearts and minds forever, with the perfect reception and unforgettable moments.

Lovely big house, renewed with a good taste for authenticity, well furnished, provided with a nice and well maintained swimming pool in a splendid garden and above all heavenly situated in the middle Toscan magnificence. We could enjoy everyday an almost 360° panoramic view on one of the most beautiful landscapes of Europe, not far from Firenze, Siena and Arezzo. We thank Giovanni and his family for the outstanding service and their involvement in providing us a wonderful holiday. Recommended!

I am German and have stayed in this house with a couple of friends for a holiday. The house is absolutely beautiful. All rooms are furnished with great lover for detail in a typical Toscan style and there are lots of dining and sitting areas for larger families or groups. I absolutely loved the kitchen, too where we prepared the most amazing dinners!

The garden has a wonderful pool, a wonderful terrasse and a fantastic build in fire place where we had amazing barbeques with huge steaks from the area. I can only reccomend this house for everybody who wants to spend a holiday in a very typical Italian environment with a beautiful surrounding and fantastic landscape!
