Needed a hotel for the night, close to local airport, (Marco Polo), and this little place was just the job. Recieved friendly welcome on arrival and shown to our room, which was in a small block in the garden..not sure if they have rooms in the main building, presume so. Room was smallish but adequate, spotlessly clean. Bed fairly comfortable...

We booked in for one night, as it's not far from the Marco Polo Airport. We were on a half board deal and have to say that the evening meal was the best food that we had eaten in the week we had been in Italy. It represented good value and we would have given it 5 stars, but for...

Antica Fenice is not located in center but bus stop is very near. (You can buy bus ticket at the reception, very convenient) Quiet place and pretty garden. It is very nice to enjoy in the garden in the morning. So fresh!

A 10-11 minutes busride from Venice Piazalle le Roma busstation. Busstop at 170 mtrs and supermarket across the street. Nice garden to have breakfast in or just for relaxing. From arrival to departure as friendly and helpfull as it gets. I always go for a family-business when looking for a hotel. There are many things I do not like about...

The rooms were small but very nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Nice garden. Supermarket just across the street. The service was perfect, told us all we needed to know for or visit to Venice. Free parking and the bus to Venice just 200 m from the hotel took 10 minutes. Rooms facing the street are a little noisy. Ask for...

All the beauty of a B&B with the convenience of a fully staffed hotel, along with an amazing restaurant make Antica Fenice right next...

We experienced the best service on our trip. Marco (owner), and staff went above and beyond normal service during our stay. From showing us the most convent way to get to specific locations, to bus and water taxi or bus, they were extremely helpful. My wife had injured her foot, and Marco even assisted in getting us transportation everywhere. I...

Antica Felice is a wonderful small hotel just across the causeway to the mainland from Venice. There are buses that run often between the area of the hotel and Venice. As stated by another reviewer, it was hard to find because of not speaking Italian or understanding the bus system. I would not recommend arriving at night unless you have...

Antica Fenice is a wonerful oasis amongst the hustle and bustle of Venice and Macro Polo airport. The hotel with its lovely garden is located between Venice and its airport. Only a short drive or bus ride to either. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted and assisted to our room. The room overlooked the garden and was peaceful and quiet....
