Great stay for families with an excellent pool and splash park, peaceful but well connected location, and lots to do in the local area.
Gasparina village is in a great location with Gardaland just a short walk away and a path down to Lake Garda that takes just 5-10 minutes. During our stay we also hired bikes from outside reception and cycled to Peschiera del Garda and along the Mincio river. Once in Peschiera there are many day trips to choose from that are less than 2 hours away. We visited Milan and Venice, as well as Gardaland theme park that is in walking distance. Movieland and other water parks, theme parks and a zoo are also nearby.
The accommodation is basic but has lots of storage space and a lovely balcony. Having some more TV channels in English would be preferable as there was only BBC News that wasn't German or Italian.
The onsite restaurant isn't too good, but there are some really nice restaurants if you walk down towards the lake.
Reception staff were very helpful, particularly the lady with curly hair who helped us to book taxis and look up train times for places we wanted to visit.
I will recommend this place to friends and family!

Really great accommodation. Location is fantastic. The village is set back about 5 mins from the lake shore so easy to walk to where there are various lidos, beaches and jetties. There are a few beach bars that serve light bites and drinks within 10 mins and you can be in Pescheira in about 20 mins for more choice and great transportation options. The train station at Pescheira was about 30 mins away so we got a taxi one day for 10 euros then took the train to Venice which took about 1 hour 40 with a change in Verona, it cost €12.50 each way, which was a bargain. Very comfortable and reliable, would recommend using the trains if you fancy venturing further afield. You can also get the bus round the lake on a day ticket or catch the ferry, both from Pescheira so Gasparina was a great base for exploring. Gardaland easily walkable within 15 mins and well worth a visit. Better than Alton towers in our opinion!

Accommodation was fairly basic but 2 bedrooms is always good and comfy beds. No electric kettle (always a shocker for Yorkshire tea addicts) but there was a stove top one luckily! Couple of negatives were that the shop on site was closed for 90% of our stay which was inconvenient but it didn't stock many groceries anyway but ok for water or drinks. You could use the mini market at the camping village next door which was slightly better stocked but still limited. The other option was Famila supermarket which was about a 20mins walk (very exciting once there 😉) but a 40min round walk in the heat was a fair amount of effort!! Worth it for the €2 bottles of Bardolino though🍷! The restaurant on site was mediocre so we ventured out most days to eat elsewhere.

The pool was great, open 10-6pm with a lifeguard daily. Lagoon style so great for toddlers and young children for paddling but not really deep enough for proper swimming. At it's deepest it's about 1-1.2m. The bonus here is the sun heats it up fairly quickly and it felt really safe for the kids to play in.

WiFi decent throughout, even in our apartment, we took our firestick with us to get Netflix etc. and WiFi was good enough for streaming services.

Would recommend visiting Pescheira, Sirmione, Bardolino and Malcesnie. Would love to go to Riva and Limone but didn't have the time on this trip! We visited the end of May and the temperature was mid 20s generally but some days overcast as the clouds can quickly swell over the mountains so forecast can be fairly changeable.

You can hire bikes from the reception which is handy. A great way to get around as it's lovely and flat!

All in all great location for the accommodation, would recommend for families.

Had a week here got back a few days ago and wanted to review as this place is amazing. The apartment had every amenity you could need (washing up cloth, sponge and dish soap - shampoo condition soap) bedding and towels. Air con was a god send it was clean. The pool was lovely, the restaurant on site was brilliant all the staff were lovely but one in particular called Adam was the best ! He gave us recommendations the pizza was great pasta aswell and on the last night we had the beef in green peppers and it really was the best food all week. Easy to get to Gardaland (15 min walk) and sealift Center (25 min walk) shop on site wasn’t the best but if you go towards the lake there is a camping ground you go in and use their shop which had all you could want. There were busses to Verona over all amazing place! Will 100% be coming back

We enjoyed a pleasant stay at Gasparina Village.
The rooms and facilities where clean and the staff where friendly and helpful.

The only real problem was the 4 star rating. This gives the impression that the resort will be providing a high standard of service to make you as comfortable as possible.

With no toaster or cooker in our room. Broken cutlery and a tiered chopping board preparing meals was awkward but not impossible.

The holder for the shower head was damaged, night lights didn't work. The aircon was located in the kitchen meaning to keep the bedrooms cool the doors had to be kept open.

Also...In our apartment there was an extraction fan which I was unable to turn off. This came on at random times, both day and night. Meaning that I slept badly most nights.

The on site shop is rubbish....not sure why it's so badly stocked. There is a supermarket 10mins cycle away and the camp site down the road has an excellent little shop you can use.

Terrible Wi-Fi (not so bad, just awkward when your trying to use google maps).

The pool and grounds where very, very good. Perfect for young families.

Throughout our stay the atmosphere of the village was great, everyone was lovely and we enjoyed the evenings we stopped up.

The only thing I would add is that Gasparina Village is located quite a distance from other restaurants. With young children this may be an issue.

I would definitely recommend renting bikes for the duration of your stay. They are located just out side reception and are very reasonably priced. Just ask a member of staff.

Overall a lovely resort just don't expect 4 star facilities.

There were ants in the room, when asked to get rid of them they killed them and swept the dead ants under the bed. The food was atrocious, some meals looked like the stuff they serve you in prison, utensils were dirty also. Birds ate from the plates of guests and the room had an overall god awful odour. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be woken up to walls with weird stains on them. Photos are edited because in reality that place is nasty. Don’t believe this Italian propaganda I think Muselini founded the place.

We have just returned from a weeks holiday at Gasparina village with our toddler and would definitely recommend it as a family holiday. The set up is fantastic for kids: play areas, kids club, mini disco and a great swimming pool.

The only reason I would not give 5 stars is the lack of high chairs in the restaurant. For a hotel that so well caters for families we were surprised to find only 5 high chairs at meal times which were always in use (during our stay in September pretty much everyone staying at the hotel had a toddler) meaning we had to wait for another family to finish eating or arrive before every meal time to queue and ensure we got a high chair. I would really recommend the hotel invests in more high chairs to save this problem and stress felt by us and other families at meal times.

Had such a wonderful week at Gasparina village with our 3 children aged 9,7,6. The pool was great for them and our apartment being close meant we could let them play whilst sorting breakfast etc. the pool didn’t open until 10am however this was good for us as it meant the kids slept in and we had a relaxing breakfast! We didn’t really cook in the apartment, choosing to eat out on the lake, however I’m sure we could have managed it. Expect the shops to be expensive unless you want to travel to the nearest supermarket (we did want to but couldn’t justify cost of taxi!) taxis were difficult to get hold of, Uber isn’t a thing there! But we managed and it cost around €15 from Peschiera. The walk there is about 40 minutes which we did with the kids quite a lot so definitely manageable, would recommend this as it’s a beautiful town. The walk to the lake from Gasparina village is no more than 10 minutes and the view when turning the corner is beautiful, we had many meals at ristorante e camere Porticciolo which is one of the first ones you come across on the walk along the front, meals are fantastic and the kids loved playing on the little beach.
Gardaland and the water park were great and well worth a visit, train to Venice is easily done and takes about an hour and 45 minutes.
Not a holiday if you want entertainment at night, however for us this didn’t matter as we went out.
We personally loved air con being in front room as it meant we didn’t get too cold and it was great air con!
We all had the best holiday and would recommend to anyone Gasparina village and lake garda, it was absolutely beautiful.

Just spent a lovely week at Gasparina Village. We were lucky to arrive two days after what sounds like an awful hail storm. Signs of damage everywhere - cars with broken windscreens, etc. The apartment we were meant to stay in had fallen victim to quite a bit of storm damage and unfortunately had water stains all over the ceiling. It must have been so waterlogged as there were also puddles forming on the floor, despite dry weather. Reception staff were amazing and enabled us to move apartments the next day. The village itself is a very family friendly setting. The pool is great for kids and it's easy to keep an eye on them from anywhere that you choose to sit by the pool. Our kids enjoyed finding the various play areas around the site too. The restaurant is open all day from 7.30am and we were satisfied with the food.
All of the staff could speak English, but were more than happy for my wife to converse with them in her rusty Italian (from her university degree from almost 20 years ago).
Would definitely recommend!

Everything was perfect for Family with small children. Walking distance to gardaland. Swimming pool perfect size. Apartments overlooking the playground and swimming pool therefore we could watch children swimming and playing while in the comfort of a lounge chair on balcony.

Wow, what can I say. Best family holiday yet. Hotel was great. Staff in restaurant were all pleasant. The grounds are well looked after. Food was always good during the day and on the evening, had breakfast 1 morning but wasn't to my liking. Only downside was the amount of Bee's/wasps by the pool but not really the hotels fault. Lots of children were stung but lifeguard treated all. It has the most relaxed atmosphere around the place. The pool area was clean and always sunbeds available. The pool was warm most of the time and gave us great rest bite against the blistering heat. Onsite shop reasonably priced. A couple of big supermarkets 15/20 minutes walk away for some great bargains. Lake was only a 5 minute walk away. The local scenery is breathtaking. We were all sad to leave but have already booked to return next year.

Definitely the standard 2-pin. There are plenty of sockets in the apartments and they have nearly everything you need. If you like ice maybe take your own ice tray. You will love it there and the staff are friendly too.
