Best location, clean and very homey feeling. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. But the best is the hotel restaurant- at first sight it looks like another local restaurant, and even though we don't like deal menu we ordered it. It revealed as an excellent local food and very generous. The service is also excellent and professional. This continued...

Cracking breakfast that really sets you up for the day. Very friendly staff and best rooms at the front, as they have a balcony! Not the cheapest but then it is one of the best in the area. Best to book directly as cheaper rates offered.

Hotel was wonderful, there was very friendly and family atmosphere. Room was stylish, clean and quiet. Staff was very helpfull and trully caring about guests. It also has great restaurant - El Fogaril, featured in Michelin Guide 2016. Will definitely go back there!

This is a lovely hotel, rooms much better than the more expensive Gran Hotel (which I stayed in for 1 night) and cheaper/similar to the 4* (which I looked at). Service is really great and friendly, and the restaurant is superb. 2 wonderfully relaxing nights out of my 50ish day hike.

We booked a family room for 3 of us and it was perfect. Our daughter had the upstairs room and we had a light and airy room with the ensuite. Breakfast was magnificent, an enormous choice of hot and cold options, coffee, juices, a toasting machine that was fast and efficient. We also ate one evening in the restaurant, again...

Stayed for two full weeks during a conference at the very nearby science center (2 minutes walk). The room was very comfortable and relatively spacious, breakfast was quite OK and the hotel's restaurant is also not bad (tapas, hamburgers...) A slight disappointment was that while the room was clean, it wasn't squeaky clean, and the area near the toilet was...

Stayed for 8 nights attending a scientific meeting - it's a well maintained, comfortable and solid establishment which at least in the off season (i.e. early summer) is good value for money. Modern bedroom furnishings and en suite bathroom, all spotless, good soundproofing and a huge breakfast buffet suitable for hikers. Reception staff were welcoming & helpful. The only criticism:...

Dropped in for a beer or two recently. Not impressed. Apparently, if you don't look like you drive a Mercedes-Benz or are rolling in money, you are treated with contempt (if that). Awarding one star because at least the beer was as cold as the service. Life's too short and Benasque is full of better eateries.

A great centre for outdoor activities. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The food is fabulous and plentiful. My only criticism would be that the bedrooms are way too hot, a problem highlighted in other reviews. We had to sleep with the balcony doors open as we could not control the temperature...

This was our second visit which was as enjoyable as our first. Comfortable and clean rooms, great restaurant and bar. An ideal hotel for a walking holiday. The hotel has secure parking without charge. There is plenty going on in Benasque and anyone who wants to shop for walking or climbing gear there are a number of specialist shops which...
