The hotel is not anything out of the ordinary, great location and close to all amenities though, but what made it exceptional was the staff: extremely friendly, very helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay a memorable one, thank you so much!

The location of this hotel was great, right in the middle of Formigal. Sadly the whole experience was ruined due to appalling customer service. We had to wait over an hour for a room key which worked, only to find that the room hadn't been made up from the previous guest. We then had to wait another half an hour... More

A decent 4 star hotel, but the Abba and Saliecho are both better. We had 2 connecting rooms, which were of an excellent size and well equipped, nice bathrooms. However, one was a triple, but wasn't ready when we arrived - it was made up eventually, but this should not happen at a 4 star hotel when it has already... More

Great hotel right in the middle of Formigal, 200 m from the closest slopes, but they have free transport to the rest of them (every 15 min). The SPA is nice and relaxing. Very complete breakfast with a ton of choices, including made-to-order omelets. The restaurant was also very good, with extremely nice staff. Nice bar overviewing the mountains with... More

Having just returned from my skiing holiday in Formigal (Feb 2013) I was surprised and saddened to see that this hotel has closed down due to financial issues with the owners. This is a great shame as it stood prominently within the village with superb views of the mountains and offered a very high standard of accommodation. Hopefully these issues... More

Whilst travelling through Spain, booked this hotel for it's location in the Pyrenees. It is a ski resort although we were visiting in September so resort extremely quiet. The hotel was very nice with the first floor rooms having a large private sun terrace. Breakfast was excellent with a very varied choice. Paid only €60 for b&b double room. Decided... More

The hotel is beautiful and the room was large and so was the balcony. Everything was perfectly clean. And the staff very friendly! It is a good place if you want to go for the festival Pirineo Sur ( in July) which is not far from Formigal. Great views from the room. An excellent experience to be renew next year!!!

This was a little more pricey than we would normally pay for a ski hotel but it was well worth the extra money. The hotel is beautiful and the room was large and so was the balcony. There was plenty of choice of vegetarian food at breakfast and dinner and the service was excellent. It's a five minute ride on... More

This was one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in. The rooms were only average size with a queen double bed, no family rooms so booked two rooms. Stayed here at half term with three other families and I think I can speak for everyone when I say the entire holiday was a great success. Even the hard to please teenagers had a great time.
