Our apartment was spotless on arrival and bedding and towels looked like new. Staff very nice and polite, nothing too much trouble, however, sad to say, drinks at bar expensive as was the food, Food was very tired and cold. My partner and I ate out at local bars/ restaurants which were only about a 15 minute walk from hotel,...

Hoped to use indoor pool, but it was 12 euros for an hour. Smell of spa was all over the parts of the hotel I went to, including my room on 3rd floor. Plenty of choice for breakfast, but dinner not impressive. Staff very helpful, especially in setting up wifi, which was great once I got it going.

Extremely clean. Comfy bed. Great location. Nice breakfast. Its nice that it has bikes to hire as that area is good for cycling. Close to beach, airport, shops, flamingos. I know its a spanish thing but when its raining all.day and theres nothing to do its a bit annoying that they close the pool for several hours in the middle...

Dear Janet, Thank you for your nice words, we are very pleased that you had a good stay. About the TV channels, we do have a couple of English channels, and we are looking into options to get some more, as it's true, when it rains in this area it can be a bit boring. The spa is only closed...

1 bedroom apartment for family of 4. The apartment size is OK, room was twin beds which were ideal for children. Adults use the sofa bed in lounge which is very uncomfortable. It is a very basic apartment. Major downsize was there was no kettle. So had to boil water in a pan for a tea or coffee- not great....

Our first time to this area and really pleased with our hotel choice. Located in a quiet area with little traffic but only a few minutes walk from beaches and other amenities. Room was a good size, had everything we needed and the bed very comfortable. Staff were all very helpful and pleasant, with enough English to help us out....

We visited off peak in May and again in September. We considered it good value and spotlessly clean. The hotel rooms are perhaps a little basic, but good enough and clean. Good value. Apartments are a good size. Comfortable beds. I liked their pool as it wasn't extra busy, but then we are here off peak. Breakfast was very good....
