I stupidly booked this hotel by mistake thinking it was the one with the same name in Majorca. Although I had booked a no- refundable deal the manager has kindly said they will not charge me. In these difficult times it is good to know that hotels like this have integrity and it has made us hope to book to stay here on another date.

We spent several nights here in November. San Pedro del Pinatar/Lo Pagan was very quiet, since it was out of season when we visited, but it's a beautiful area with lots to do, and a nice town. We picked this hotel because of the great reviews and because we wanted self-catering facilities, and we were not disappointed!

Most of the front desk staff speak only a little bit of English (but their English is *way* better than my Spanish) but they are friendly and helpful, and go out of their way to do whatever they can to assist - with anything. Our apartment did not have a coffeemaker... no problem; the desk clerk went and got one for us, and although it looked fine to me, he decided it wasn't clean enough so he went and washed it for us. (And while I was standing waiting for him to come back, a lady walking by (manager, office staff?, she was carrying some papers) saw me standing there, apparently unattended, and stopped to ask if I needed assistance.) We had booked flights with RyanAir and asked about a copy shop where we could go print our boarding passes (to avoid the steep service charges)... no problem, he printed them for us... no charge! When we were checking out, we had a question about the best route towards Valencia and the highway toll charges, and he went searching on the Internet for the information, and then printed out a map for us. Unfortunately, I don't remember either of their names to give them a personal shout-out, but there was usually one of two young men working at the desk through most of our stay.

The apartment had a separate bedroom, with lots of closet space and a safe, very comfy bed and a TV. The living room had another TV, and was open to the kitchen. The kitchen/living room and bedroom both had doors out to a balcony that stretched the full length of the unit, with a table and chairs. There is also a terrace with sun beds up on the top floor.

The apartment's white tile floors were gleaming and spotless, along with everything else. (Speaking of gleaming floors - we often used the stairs instead of the elevator, and I love the marble they have used on the stairs... and they were always spotless too.) WiFi worked well and was fast. Parking is available at a small additional cost underneath the building. While we were there, there was usually only our car and one other... the garage is small and the parking spots are quite tight; navigating in and out would be a bit trickier in busy season if the garage was full!

A large grocery store is about a ten-minute walk away, and there is a little tienda just a short way up the street. If you are not interested in cooking for yourself, there are lots of restaurants within a short walking distance. The beaches and shorefront promenade are a little ways away, maybe about a ten-minute walk.

We really enjoyed our stay in San Pedro, and if any of the hotel staff are checking on their TripAdvisor reviews: Gracias! - Thank you so much for a very enjoyable visit to your area!

Felt apartment was good value. A little battered and worn. No kettle had to collect from hotel next door couldn't be bothered to deliver it. Kitchen ceiling stained with water leak.

Nice views of Mediterranean in distance from own long balcony.

Shame no bath as do like a soak.

Reception staff very pleasant.

Overall, OK stay. Ideal for a few days.

Stayed here end of Sept for 11 nights and did not have one complaint.
1 bed apt was large and comfortable, TV's in both lounge and bedroom ( some Enlish news channels ) Apt 403 had a long narrow balcony with table and 4 chairs and had sun all day long. After a couple of nights we had a family move into the apt next door and they had a very young child that seemed to scream all night. We asked to move to a quieter apt and moved to 210 (large square balcony) which was even bigger than 403 but did not really get the sun. This wasn't a problem because it was so hot outside we were glad of a break from the sun.
Kitchen very clean and well kitted out, free aircon and safe was a bonus. Hotel is situated between San Pedro Del Pinatar centre and Lo pagan which has a great beach on the Mar Menor. Both are about a 10 min walk, Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance and 2 good supermarkets, a Carrefour and a Dia which was larger.
Staff were all very helpful and nothing was too much trouble didn't have breakfast as we tended to sit on the balcony to have breakfast.
Most restaurants we ate in were very very reasonably priced. Can recommend the Crazy Duck for good food and value. We both had the set menus of two courses each and an extra side dish, they even gave us a free bottle of wine. Bill was 15.5 euros
We would definitely return to this Aparthotel.

We got an apartment for about 50 EUR per night for myself, my wife and our 7-year-old-daughter. Everything was unequally clean. A nice long balcony. Towels and bedding got changed every day. The kitchen was equipped not bad. We just had to buy oil and salt. 10-minute walk from the beach. 2 seas available: a shallow lagoon -- Mar Menor -- ideal for small children and elderly; and the Mediterranean just 5 more minutes away from the Mar Menor.
The staff in hotel is great.
Were there in the middle of June.

Very pleased with our apartment, 404 at this location. The whole place was very clean, the bed linen was immaculate and was changed every third day. It was great to have a fridge to keep drinks chilled. Microwave and hob available too along with crockery, cutlery etc. We didn’t use the cooking facilities. The aircon was very efficient and kept us lovely and cool overnight. Nice terrace with table and chairs, it caught the late afternoon/evening sun.
Shower gel, shampoo, tooth kits, shower cap provided in bathroom and washing up liquid in kitchen area.
Only minor complaint was the towels could be a little bigger and a bit more absorbent but not that big a problem.
The location was very quiet and we never heard any noise whatsoever, either from the adjacent rooms, the corridors or the street.
Reception staff are very fluent in English if your Spanish is not good.
We didn’t use the hotel parking but had no problem finding a space in nearby streets.
Would definitely use the Bahia again if we return to the area and have no hesitation in recommending it to others. Great value, great location.

We booked an apart hotel whilst viewing properties to purchase. This is in a non tourist town but convenient for airport, mainly spanish speaking area.
The apart hotel is very clean, well equipped, friendly helpful staff. Bed linen and towels changed every day. Safe and air con were included within charge. Balconies off bedroom and Lounge, washing up equipment and toiletries provided, would recommend this hotel. Found several small eating places with menu del dia, 3 course including drink for 9 euro or less.

The studio apartment was clean and spacious. Everthing that we needed was supplied. The location is good
It is about ten minutes walk from the seafront. In the low season there isn't any facilities, such as bar and reception in the aparthotel. This isn't a problem as you use the hotel reception.

Serviced apartments/studios.
Clean and comfortable. But at those prices would have expected a bath and there are only showers. But the bathrooms are well appointed with fluffy towels and nice toiletries.
The hobs don't always work and are slow to heat. But there are great big fridges, which is useful as most people staying in this area are doing so for beach holidays.
Every so often the do 4 nights for 3, so look out for them.
