Stayed in Penthouse suite, massive room and very clean, nice bathroom but very sparce the furniture has not been thought through at all. Although a big room the window is very small so felt very dark. To get to the room takes time! Stairs, a lot of corridors and lots of heavy doors to go through would be an idea to put way out signs up as it is a maze, would not stay in this room again. Dinner was a shambles! Order was taken and told may take a bit of time because a lot of orders in although restaurant was far from full, asked for water, it never came had to ask again. I ordered Prawn cocktail to start the taste was very boring and i have certainly had better, had Lamb rack for main this was full of fat and cold, should of complained but I was hungry and didn't want to wait again! Asked for desert menu that never came had to ask again, I had cheesecake which was very nice. Asked for bill at end had to wait but finally came although was not ours was the table next to us! Meal cost £100 no way was it worth this. Il left still feeling hungry. I will be contacting Heacham Manor. Our weekend away was disappointing to say the least!!

My partner and I have spent four single nights here over the last year as a 'getaway' from it all. The house really is in a perfect and relaxing location which is easy to find, way off the main road with ample parking. Entrance into the house is always welcoming and neatly planned out. For the best experience id recommend staying in one of the first floor rooms in the original house, we always favour the manor suite with the four poster bed, very spacious room and bathroom and a few minutes from the bar and restaurant. Large welcoming bar with open fire place and plenty of comfortable seat/sofas to relax on prior to dinner. Although the menu doesn't seem to have changed much over the months the choice of foods available is excellent and variable together with a extensive wine and champagne list. locally sourced produce makes for an enjoyable breakfast prior to visiting one of the many local attractions or a round of golf on the manors estate. We both look forward to our next visit.

Very clean and attention to detail good but was very disappointed with the room given, small dark with dark furniture not what we thought we were getting with Booking.com. Not that much choice in the Restaurant and not particularly outstanding. One receptionist chewing gum, not pleasant.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent stay. I have passed your comments on to our management team. We have a variety of rooms listed on Booking.com, and when selecting a room type you can preview some representative image. We do have some rooms with in our Manor House that boast a more traditional style of decor with mahogany coloured furniture. This is shown in the images we have listed. For those looking for a traditional room with a lighter colour palette we might recommend our Manor Four Poster rooms or Manor Suite. Alternatively our Pavilion Room are very spacious and boast a more modern style of furnishing. We would love the opportunity to showcase our different accommodation options and invite you to give us a call and book direct should you reconsider visiting again. Our team will be more than happy to find a room more to your taste. Kind regards, Heacham Manor Hotel PR Team

We spent 3 nights at Heacham Manor and had a very pleasant, relaxing time. Our room was warm and comfortable with views over the golf course. We ate in the Mulberry Restaurant each evening and all the meals were extremely good, as were the breakfasts which are cooked fresh to order.
