We hadn't stayed here before but we will be going back. We were told about it by friends who had stayed there on a similar deal. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. We checked in expecting to get an average hotel bedroom but found that we were in an apartment (large bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bath and shower,...

My Husband and I stayed two nights at Heacham manor over valentines. We were impressed with our room and the service we received from all the staff. The breakfast was delicious with a good choice although it finished a bit early (9.30)! This is a lovely place to stay, very peaceful within easy access to beaches and the town Hunstanton!

This is a stunning manor house and looks fantastic from the outside but when you step through the big oak front door it's like stepping into a Travel Lodge. The interior is very disappointing. Carpet is dated (1970s green and brown design) and the restaurant is very bland and uninteresting and looked like a Travel Lodge/Premier Inn rather than a...

I was taken to this restaurant by my wife and friends for a birthday treat, it was a lovely surprise, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The scallop starter was wonderful and the beef main course was so tender you could separate it without a knife. The sticky toffee pudding was delightful, with plenty of sauce. I would go...

My wife and I visited the above with our 2 dogs and stayed in a ground floor cottage. The accommodation comprised of a lounge/ diner with a very uncomfortable 2 seater sofa, a dining table with 6 chairs / a small kitchenette / bedroom with en- suite, with bath and shower over. We decided that we would have our breakfast...

The dining room has been altered since our last visit a few years ago and has been greatly improved. Our table overlooked the golf course. We had a two course lunch followed by coffee in the lounge. A most enjoyable couple of hours with good service and nice food. We are returning for their Valentines candlelit dinner.

Looked lovely as we drove up to the hotel. Staff, nice, not overly welcoming. We had upgraded to a deluxe room with four poster bed. Waste of money. Small bed, nothing special. Carpet wasn't fitted properly, all uneven and bumpy. No shower gel in room, had to ask. Two milks, had to ask for more. Drinks before dinner, just us...

We had a room in the converted stables. The room was lovely, very modern, clean bright and very warm. Tea,coffee, kettle and biscuits were provided. Lovely view over the golf course. Breakfast was excellent, we had a good helping of smoked salmon and scrambled egg and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault this place at all....

Dear Franbenn, It was an absolute pleasure to read your review following your stay at Heacham Manor. Pocahontas has many ties with Heacham, we actually have a Mulberry tree within the hotel grounds that legend states she planted. Should you have the opportunity to visit us again I know the hotel team would be happy to show you it. Many...

We visited this hotel for 2 nights, it was way above our expectations, we had a superior room which was very spacious and clean, the staff at this hotel are excellent, very friendly always smiling, the drinks in the bar were very nice and very reasonably priced, we only had breakfast as we ate out both days, but the breakfast...

A lovely Elizabethan hotel based in a nice rural setting. Cosey rooms with nice views had all the expected modcons and facilities. Rooms were very quiet and seemed well maintained. The restaurant was delightful with many choices and good quality food - would recommend
