We stayed here for a weeks honeymoon starting 20/09/20. An absolute credit to Sheryl & Paul as it was so relaxing and secluded and in a great location. It was super clean and has all the little things you need for your stay. Board games, netflix, dishwasher and the best thing was the hot tub. Loved it so much we were in it every day. We now want one. A massive thanks to Cheryl & Paul for making our special time even more special, especially in these trying times. We will be back. Paula & Alan.

Lovely little lodge for the price, much more spacious than a lot of caravans, we stayed on yealands holiday park from.the 20th through to the 25th July 2020, there are a few minor issues like the netting around the hot tub so loose so could do with an update and the toilet seats were loose on arrival but still not emergencies and it was such a lovely lodge, modern too, we notified the owners of the issues which they will fix for the issue with the toilet seats as we mentioned it wasn't urgent, didn't mention the netting around the hot tub as irrelevant the hot tub was still lovely, clean and hot ready for us, the park and lodge is nice if you want a break from everything and the hustle and bustle of busy life, plenty of things to do around the area some are within walking distance and others a bit of a drive but not bad as lovely scenery around, I am surprised the actual "yealands holiday park" is not listed on trip advisor hence the review on this lakeland lodges, also a tip use the instructions given by the owners on locating the lodge rather than sat nav, we followed these instructions and noticed if you follow the sat nav it takes you somewhere else on google for silverdal lodge, however what seemed to work is typing in yealand holiday park Wharton in google maps, the place is actually called "the yealands" hence typing this in takes you somewhere else

Well, Poets Corner! You did not disappoint us one bit! Absolutely everything we needed to hand, even with the downpour of rain we were kept entertained all day long! Comfy beds, wonderful Hottub, Netflix, cooking facilities just the whole shebang! I simply could not find a single fault! 😊 Thank you!
