The Severn Arms Hotel was ideal for my four-night stay to visit friends and explore Bridgnorth. Bob and Caroline were so helpful and welcoming, going out of their way to make my stay even better. Room 7 was very comfortable, the ensuite spotless and roomy, and the view over the River Severn terrific. I also really liked the sausage and...

As a returning Bridgnorth dweller I have to say this has it all. From the hotel situation to the amazing owners. We stayed for 3 nights with 2 small kids. The monitors reach downstairs so you can relax in the lounge after bedtime. Caroline and Robert were welcoming, friendly, helpful. Nothing was too much. The room was big enough for...

Friendly welcome, and excellent clean and comfortable rooms. Good bathroom too. An excellent breakfast topped it off. A lot of stairs, so beware if thats a problem, and we had to park the car...

Charming Georgian property providing an excellent overnight stay. Great view over the river Severn from our room. Bedroom comfortable and tastefully decorated. Lovely thick, white towels in spotlessly clean bathroom. Warm welcome from hosts Robert and Caroline Weston. Excellent full English breakfast. Will return.

We have just returned from a lovely two night short break at the Severn Arms hotel. The owners Robert (Bob) and Caroline Weston are utterly charming, gracious, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. Our room was furnished with an array of period pieces, the bed was actually two singles joined together and therefore 6 foot wide, very comfortable. The en suite was...

We stayed a night here and got a really nice welcome off Robert. Room wasn't en-suite but we had sole use of a bathroom. Some really interesting furniture and pictures/curios. Room had the same problems as all old buildings with some marking spoiling the decor but good bedding, owners had gone to the extra trouble of bottles of water, biscuits...
