Very friendly and helpful staff. Tasty full English breakfast. Rooms were well decorated and the bed was very comfortable - had a good night's sleep. The hotel doesn't have its own parking, but is it possible to park across the road in the station car park. Our room was directly above the bar area and it was possible to hear... More

I stayed 1 night (28th Octo 2016) as was working in Bridgnorth that weekend. Lovely pub/restuarant with great staff and atmosphere. Although I did not eat there in the evening (smelled good, though!) the cooked English breakfast was great and the room was comfortable, modern and a very reasonable price. Also enjoyed a good live band at the end of... More

I stayed here one night and, frankly, wasn't expecting much for £45, B&B, so was pleasantly surprised to find that this (slightly out of town centre) pub has been refurbished to a good standard. Small but comfortable room, large wardrobe, desk and chair, attached to a clean and spacious shower room with good heating and fluffy towels. Excellent breakfast, cooked... More

We have been here before so thought we would stop in on our way home from Ludlow for a meal as it was my birthday. This is a wonderfully friendly family pub that serves beautiful food. There were quite a few locals and we were made to feel like we had been using the pub for years. The staff go... More

Didn't feel like cooking so popped down to our local for some food. Haven't been there for a while and what a lovely surprise it turned out to be. Unknown to us, Wednesday is 'grill' night. I had the salmon with prawn and caper butter and my son had the Cajun chicken. Both came with GREAT chips. My salad was... More
