Stayed here and enjoyed it very much. The food was lovely in the evening as was the breakfast. The staff were superb at all times of the day and nothing was too much trouble. The only criticism was our bathroom that had a few cracked tiles and looked a bit worse for wear. When I mentioned it to reception I...

Welcome was so warm and friendly and personal. You felt as if you'd known the staff for ages instead of a few seconds. Room was huge, warm comfortable and personalised.Felt like someones house rather than a hotel. Really appreciated the semi-skimmed milk instead of usual full fat. Very tasty meal in the Green Lady bar, taff once again made you...

Tulloch Castle is a lovely place that would benefit from a little TLC; however, for the value and service, I can’t complain. The castle sits on a hill just behind of a housing development; however, the view from my room was nice, overlooking pastures and the town of Dingwall. Just behind the castle is a nice woodland path in which...

Me and my sister came to stay here for 3 nights to explore the Scottish Highlands for her birthday. I have to say that as soon as you approach this hotel you know its going to be special. As castles go this one is exceptionally beautiful! The Lobby area is just absolutely perfect! A wood burning fire is there to...

The atmosphere in the hotel lobby was very welcoming. There was a large fireplace that made an impression on us. And the staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was propably the smallest one in the hotel (anyway the size of a normal hotel room) but it was nice and clean. A bit cold for my taste, but I suppose...

I booked this hotel (because of the offer price) without reading trip advisor reviews which would have told me that it was reputedly haunted! As this isn't usually my type of 'thing' I'm glad to say that no ghosts were seen, even though we were right next to the 'haunted' rooms. I did feel an 'atmosphere' in some parts of...

Stayed two nights in the spacious upstairs apartment traveling with 2 adult family couples through GB. Staff so friendly and helpful. Yes, there are stairs, but the staff is more than willing to help with bags. Lovely outdoor area and lots of history. Breakfast was good as well as the meals in the bar. Very cozy, with fireplace and ghost...

Tulloch Castle is not in my opinion a Castle! But a large country home.....however it is an interesting old building.....with unexplained activities! You drive through a town and the "castle" is next to a housing estate! The whole place is tired and in need of a good clean and decorating, that said...it adds to the charm. We were disappointed initially....however...it...

Lovely hotel in need of a bit of TLC! The staff amazing friendly and welcoming. Log fire a nice touch of authenticity in the lovely reception area. The ghost tour is a must for everyone visiting! Our guide was informative and willing to share the history of the castle with passion and great knowledge. Breakfast... great choice and of an...

This hotel was so much fun. We wish we could have stayed longer! First, it is in a stunning setting on the hill overlooking the town of Dingwall, surrounded by pastures of grazing sheep. Second, the food was superb. We enjoyed dinner in the main restaurant, a 3 course meal that left us completely stuffed; several rounds of excellent whiskies...
