We booked 2 stays for 3 people, and we got 2 comfortable rooms at the first floor and a super spacious living room and kitchen at the second floor. Good location to reach any other spots around Lake Tekapo. The sky view at night from the resort was amazing. It was my first time to see the Milky Way in... More

The room was relaxing, thought too big for a single person (I had no choice). I would especially like to recommend your hotel for couples and families. The receptionists were friendly, too. Thank you for supporting my confortable stay in Tekapo.

Booked hotel room and never really looked at room size. 14m2 means about 1m around the 2 King singles beds that are pushed together + shower & toilet. No space for anything and really is as they state a drop and go room. Disappointing thing is the walls are very thin and it looks like they have reduced size of... More

Last night stay with the family in NZ. Rest of the trip fabulous. Issues with this stay right from the start. Staff not very welcoming and seemed somewhat flustered with organising rooms. Had to book 2 rooms to accomodate us. Rooms not ready on check in. Accordingly gave our children a different room but needed to re configure the king... More

There's no doubt, this hotel is in a fabulous location however the alpine view was hidden from most of the rooms. Our room was well presented but very very small. There had been water damage to to door in the bathroom and some dust remained, but overall - very good. We were pretty tired so we ordered room servece -... More

Website did not give an accurate impression of the views. The hotel was very nice and situated in an idyllic spot. Dinner in the restaurant was okay but served lukewarm and a steak ordered medium came well done.

The reception staff barely spoke english. Our room was meant to be an upgrade and to say we were disappointed would be to understate the fact. The room was as far from the main building as one could get. We couldnt see our car from our room. We had to walk about 25m to get to the car park. The... More

Modern apartments that are fully equipped if you want to do self catering. Fabulous kitchen with everything you need. We ate in the restaurant and it was very good. The location is great, right in the centre of the small town.

When we first arrived at Peppers Bluewater Resort we thought it looked like a lovely place to stay. But when we arrived at our room we found that the smell of cooking from the last tenants was overpowering, the room was in need of much repair, it was not very clean at all and it looked as if someone had...
