Lovely room , great roomservice, but the stay was tainted by a mouse running around the sitting area aat 11 pm. A call to reception produced no results but when the Duty Manager was told of the problem hhe immediately came to the room and helped to find the offending mouse ! He offered us an alternative room and complimentary...

We stayed in a 2 room apartment with beautiful view to the lake. We stayed for only one night so we didn't get a chance to make the most of this spacious apartment - on the second floor there was a large room that included a kitchen, dining area, and living room. We also ate at the restaurant on location...

We stay for only one night here but the place is really confortable, the facilities are really good and we enjoy the time there . The breakfast is nothing special, in fact it was too expensive for what they offer.

My partner and I stayed at peppers for one night and we loved it. The room was clean and massive (we thought our room would be much smaller) and the views were fantastic. It is in a great location, everywhere is within walking distance. I would recommend peppers to everyone I know.

Slippers were not even given at that price. Rubbish bin cover has blood stains. Couch has biscuits pieces. And guests r shouting across rooms. Limited carpark. Good sleep though, with heater. View was blocked too.

Very spacious, nicely decorated rooms were every detail is thoroughly selected. Wonderful terrace which allows a view over the lake. Kitchen is fully equipped, not even the dishwasher is missing. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Spent the night there for our 2 years of partnership. Nice and quiet place, well located with nice and kind staff. Will definitely come back with friends and family to enjoy what Tekapo has to offer. Good job

Recommended by our travel agent but not quite as good as we expected, bit run down and units need a makeover. Cleaning needs more than a quick rub over, bathroom very cold and some switches that we hadn't a clue what they were for. No information in rooms about whole resort other than what is written on back of map showing...

Great location for a nights stay. Looking forward to go back for a longer stay. In a great town and set up for all travelers. Lake Tekapo is a must stop if you travelling in New Zealand. When travelling in New Zealand summer make sure you make your bookings ahead of time as places like Peppers can get booked out.
