Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed the peaceful environment, going on short trips to Mt. Cook, and the Mt. John observatory. Did not like the hot springs at all, not at all. Apartment was very spacious, in good location. Within easy walking to village. Nice restaurants in village giving us a good choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were there...

This is our second time staying at Peppers and we find it to be a great location. Rooms are comfortable. It's also very handy that you have your own car park close to your room. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast.

We were all very satisfied with our accommodation and service provided. Free WIFI was limited to 100mbps....To explore the Aoraki/Mt.Cook Region it is a one hour drive. Nice lake view and the shops are near by

The complex itself is beautiful and no doubt the surrounding scenery was amazing. We had previously stayed in Christchurch Peppers and were amazed at the cleanliness, service, and attention to details and we expected Peppers Bluewater to be the same, however we were a bit disappointed. That said, shower pressure was amazing and the bed was super super comfortable. So...

We always thought Peppers were a class above other places but we were sadly disappointed, with a small bedroom with nowhere to put our bags. The breakfast was below average. Peppers is in the most stunning location, they need to make sure the place lives up to the Peppers reputation in the location it is

I visited with a friend. I expected there to be good views but our room actually faced away from the lake and into the car park. The room was clean with a range of facilities but very small with not much space around the bed. The man that greeted us on reception was less than friendly. However the bar staff...

The room was tiny!! Probably cos the huge bed took all of the space up. We had to put our suitcase behind the door which is not good. Not overly clean but the toiletries were nice. Small tv, mini fridge and heatpump in the room. The doors are very heave which means when your neighbour goes in or out at...

Good location and service. Apartment quite nice but dusty on all surfaces. I personally prefer a TV in the bedroom and there wasn't one. Also, only100mbs of complimentary wifi not enough, especially for a business traveller. Plenty of parking and walking distance from the village a bonus.

Room had no view but was much smaller than expected. Would recommend upgrade toa room with a view but quite a bit more expensive. Breakfast was lovely and an awesome outlook over the mountain. Service was great.

Doors that slam shut (by others) were very annoying. Continued opening and closing by next door and loud thumping around above along with no vies and a small room are reasons that will likely cause a non return.
