After the previous day's disappointment of a poor stay at another location it was a pleasant surprise to find such a lovely welcome at Louth Hall, we were made to feel so welcome by the owners, the room was perfect in every way with a lovely en-suite that was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was a great start to the day...

I was able to get a room with Anne & Gerard in July 2016 due to someone else canceling out. They are just the nicest most helpful people you have ever met. Their home is very nice and clean is not the word for it. I'd say more like pristine is more in order. The cost was very reasonable. The...

We were in the area for a wedding and had a lovely stay at Louth hall. Beautiful en suite room and lovely breakfast. The man of the house even drove us to our car the following morning which was at the wedding venue 10kms away.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The second night wasn't planned but we enjoyed our stay here and had a long day's drive ahead of us the following day so booked another night. Anne was so friendly and helpful. Our room was comfy, warm, spotless and had everything we needed. Breakfast was served quickly and didn't disappoint. Lots to choose...

Everything was perfect; my best experience with B&B. A nice town where you can explore ecology trails, win a staring match with friendly cows, visit really old castle and cemetery straight from a Halloween movie.

Very knowledgeable hosts, very welcoming. We stayed 3 nights, and found it very comfortable. Breakfasts were large and delicious. The property was easy to find, and was immaculate throughout. Would thoroughly recommend this B & B.

A small b&b with nice clean rooms, excellent breakfast and good wi-fi. Although Tallanstown itself is no tourist location, when with a car, it's reasonably close to Dundalk, Drogheda and Ardee. It is a pet friendly place, but when I was there with my pet, I was strongly advised to keep my (cat) in a cage at all times, a...

We stayed for a night here and it was lovely. The couple who own it are very hospitable and even gave us a lift into Ardee for dinner and a few drinks. Breakfast was great and freshly cooked. Nice selection of cereals and fruit also. Very good value for money.

We had a lovely stay at the end of March at Louth Hall B&B and felt pampered. Anne shared stories about the local history and made us feel welcome. We definitely added this bed and breakfast to our "return to" list.
