Quiet tranquil property which deceives the eye. The more you look, the more you see. The owners were very proud of the property. They showed us the cider barn and explained about the production of Calvados. We stayed bed and breakfast and were accommodated in one of the gites, which was fully equipped for self catering. Anne- Veronique cooked us...

I booked a last minute overnight accommodation at Manoir de la Pataudiere with a request to include my dog, (and left credit card details) I received an email saying the dog wasn't allowed and suggested that the dog may sleep in the car !! or I may want to cancel, I agreed that I did want to cancel and did...

The Manoir is in a beautiful setting and is full of character. The rooms are extremely spacious, we were B&B, but facilities are available for self-catering. The hosts will provide an evening meal if requested which we did and enjoyed. It was a just a stop-over for us so cannot comment on surrounding area. There are good facilities for families....

We were lucky enough to have the suite Monet - potentially a gîte for several people. As it was, our 'B&B' had a kitchenette, dining and lounge area, a bathroom, separate toilet and one bedroom (I believe there may be 2 more which were locked). Breakfast was served in our room and we decided to have dinner twice which, again,...

We were expecting charming but got so much more! Our hosts were friendly, welcoming and very helpful, whilst not being intrusive. Our meal was delicious, made from all local ingredients, the wine pairing excellent and the Calvados an unexpected treat. Our rooms were large and tastefully decorated, with everything we needed. The grounds were beautiful and peaceful and the location...

We stayed for one night in October and while we were there we were already thinking of new ways to come back and friends we wanted to bring. It is a fully renovated country house with all the charm and modern conveniences you would want. We stayed in the Monet suite which has two bedrooms, (although we only used one),...

This stunning country house epitomised French style & charm. Olivier and Anne are so passionate about making your stay a truly memorable one. The authentic home cooked food was divine and their attention to detail was superb. My first experience of a 'B&B' but this place had all the refinements & quality of 5* luxury. An absolute must if you...
