We will welcome you to this relaxed and luxurious rural retreat with its magnificent views across the Chew valley to the foothills of the Mendips. This is truly somewhere to unwind after a day out exploring the beautiful Somerset countryside or the architectural glory of Bath or Wells. When you arrive, you can enjoy homemade cake in your room with a pot of tea or cafetiere of coffee, watch buzzards circling over the valley or the green woodpeckers in the garden, chill out in our Summerhouse or take a dip in our luxurious indoor pool. You may wish to plan your stay using our books and maps. In the evening, just sit and enjoy watching Centrally situated for visiting Bath, Wells, Bristol, Cheddar Gorge and the Mendip Hills, our B&B is ideal for exploring this beautiful area. There are several walks from the house, including a stiff climb up to the Iron Age Hill fort atop Norton Malreward or a meander down from the footpath at the end of our drive along the Chew Valley to see the Stanton Drew Standing Stones.

Good morning, Our pool is 10m x 5m and we do have a steam shower. There is a bus stop within short walking distance, however unfortunately it is through a rather dangerous road with no pavements. We are looking to improve this but won't be in the short term. The bus goes directly into Bristol, however if you wish to go to the airport by bus, you'll have to change in the city centre. Thanks for your enquiry! With kind regards - Piers

Hello, Sorry for delay in responding! Yes absolutely, it's open all year round so do bring a swimsuit. It's an indoor pool so it's lovely and warm even in rainy November! Hope this answers your question? Many thanks! With kind regards - Piers
