Hotel is nice. Quick check-in/check-out with good service. This has typical sized hotel rooms for Japan local chains - they are definitely small with little room to move around. It is designed for function - bed, bathroom, small desk, small closet, a suit press, and (surprise) a massage chair. For me personally, it was a 1 night stay and okay...

It was a perfect week in Japan! Great breakfast Buffet and best Service. The Spa is amazing. I love the massage chair in the room! The balance of work and relaxation is here perfect, because you will find so many ways to come down. The Hotel has a Great european and asian Style.

What a pleasant surprise! With a modern yet cosy and truly Japanese design, a perfect service, extremely well equipped rooms (including numerous plugs for smart phones, iPad, a -great- massaging chair, slippers, bathrobes, kimonos and all needed bathroom amenities), this hotel is certainly one of the best choices in Takasaki. Alas, rooms are really really small. The location is quite...

I was in Gunma for a couple of days for business trip. I stayed in this hotel and I had a great experience. It may be a little bit difficult to find at first if you don't have the map since it was behind some other buildings from takasaki station. I followed the instructions during the reservation and it made...

Stayed here for a couple of nights for business. Location is pretty good, just a few minutes walk from Takasaki station. Room size is small, but overall nice design and very clean. If you want bigger rooms, go for double or twin, not single. Overall service is also good. Upon check-in they provided different amenities for ladies and gentlemen. Note...

This is a small but very friendly hotel located just next to train station and 5 story shopping store (labi) so the location is very convenient. The only disadvantage is the room size is a bit too small. Room is very clean, lights are well designed and great water pressure. Breakfast was excellent. The cost was 1/3 of what I...

When I first checked in to my double room I was immediately hesitant because the room size is small, very small. A little to my surprise are all the extras the room does have. Refrigerator, microwave, safe, pant press, leather covered hangers, many bathroom amenities... My room is 305 which is a corner room so there are windows on the...

The hotel is very modern and offers a real great atmosphere - from the lobby over the restaurant up to the bar - surprising for a place like Takasaki. The rooms are small but very comfortable and practical and you have the most efficient use of space possible. Despite being directly by the central train station, the hotel room was...

The staff was friendly. I am a repeat customer. I thanked the staff whole heartedly before I left. I always try to be polite and nice to the staff wherever I stay. Since this is a business hotel you do not get special service but then I don't expect any from any of the hotels that I ever stay at;...

After exit from the JR station, take the walkway behind Yamada Denki will lead you to Hotel Coco Grand. Hotel lobby offer a nature harmony with artifical waterfall and greens.
