We spent one night with the family in the hotel Gustavelund in July and we were very posite suprised with the hotel, the facilities and the lovely renovated superior rooms. The hotel is located beautifully at the lake of Tuusula and you have a lot of nature around you and you feel like being at your own house but with...

The hotel is located in the beautiful lakeside. The hotel reception is closed early. In the hotel was just a few people. It seems that the hotel has seen better days. The receptionist was very friendly and the breakfast was good. I have visited the hotel twice. I do not go anymore. Why? The hotel is dreary. The hotel rooms...

Thank you for your feedback via Tripadvisor I'm sorry of your dissapointments and also happy our staff's good service. Our hotel has seen good and bad days during our long history. We started to offer our services for individual customers only a year ago after large renovations and business is running well. We have long corridors, but on the other...

Hotel is on a beautiful lake Tuusula. There is lot of free parking in hotel yard. Hotel building is 60s style modernism . Reception is very light and spacious . There is some modernist furniture like Harry Bertoia wire chairs in the hotel lobby . Service was quick and friendly at reception. My superior room was stylish dark and spacious...

I stayed in Gustavelund for one night together with my wife. The hotel was fully booked and unfortunately the superior room I had booked had been oversold and there were none left when we arrived. The hotel took care of this beautifully offering their sincere apologies (the most important thing) and a bottle of sparkling and a fruit plate free...

Gustavelund is a big conference hotel on the shores of lake Tuusula. It can be either great experience or a disappointment, depending on your expectations. In summertime scenery is great, it is peaceful to enjoy sauna and lakeside. Food is good and there is plenty of it. But you need to understand that this hotel is far from Helsinki city...

The service of sales persons in Gustavelund is great and changes are easily made even to larger reservations. The conference rooms were quite small and hotel seemed to be fully booked. Some spaces had a mouldy odor. Overall experience was adequate

On business Seminar Summer and Winter trips enjoyed discovering the Tuusula lake surroundings and the Savusauna next to the Gustavelund facilities. Wonderful Service and very peaceful and quiet ressourceful center. Adequate and appropriate for outdoors activities. Excellent for discovering finnish lakes and culture. Simplicity meets Usability and Efficience. Happy Sharing-Happy Inside

I was there for a business seminar. The room was clean and the services were good but not excellent. No toothpaste or toothbrush provided. The food was quite good but the desserts weren't. The hotel area is good and the whole place is huge so it can be excellent for events but not suitable for personal holidays as it's far...

Came to Gustavelund on a business trip. First of all, this is far from anything resembling the capital, it is in the opposite direction from the already remote airport. Gustavelund is an enormous structure and our group was I think the only guests the first day we spent there so it felt very empty. Conference facilities were OK, nothing special...

All things considered, this is certainly the most awful hotel I stayed at in the last couple of years. The bathrooms have probably not been renovated since the inauguration of the hotel (seventies?), and the dining room has more of a university canteen than of the dining room of a hotel. But the service beats it all. The restaurant closes...
