This Hotel has large, clean rooms that appear to be very new. The Staff service is top rate but as others have said the WiFi is horrible when it works. Their restaurant is Ok for breakfast but the Food quality and service for evening dinner is Poor.( One of the worst meals I have ever had in France-cold poorly cooked...

I was expecting more from a Relais Hotel. The hotel has its ups and downs, lovely grounds, golf course and spa, rooms are a little tired but baths are updated. Hotel is very spread out with long hallways, not perfect for someone who needs assistance, so I would specify in a reservation if you need a closer room. Things from...

This hotel is ok but completely overpriced for its offering. The rooms whilst comfortable are dated with wallpaper beginning to peel off. The floral beds and strange bathroom layout might have been trying to demonstrate some french 'chic', but missed the mark somewhat. In the bathroom, the toilet had a glass door that wouldnt stay open and hit your knees...

Staying for a conference this week. Food is marginal to below average (how much poorly cooked duck can you eat?) Wifi irritatingly slow to non-existent; do not go here if being online is important for you. Cannot watch a Youtube video in my room, buffering all the time. Staff is friendly and helpful, many speak good English. Surroundings are ok,...

We stayed here a few nights for a friends wedding at the hotel. Bordeaux in general is gorgeous and the hotel is largely for relaxation since it includes a golf course and spa. I'd put the average age for people to stay here at atleast >40 , not a place I'd recommend for young people. We saw a bunch of...

Great hotel, good helpful staff. Good restaurant service, but very little English. Good place to explore the wine country. The golf course has a lot of water hazards which for some may be a great challenge, but for others can be a large expenditure on lost balls.

The hotel is actually quite nice, but the rooms are very old fashioned and there is little to zero luxary at all here. There are a few staff here that are nice, but in general it's not that they have a bad attitude they just seem to be out of there league when it comes to providing any kind of...

Relais de Margaux was a nice hotel generally. The restaurant was very nice. We decided to use its spa to wind down as it had a sauna and steam room (which it called Hammam). My husband was wearing swim shorts (what would be normal in the UK and US) which the spa receptionist took a great offence at. It wasn't...

On arrival they couldn't find our reservation, and when I found the printout and handed it over they quickly spotted that my (non-refundable) booking had been for the previous day. But a quick phone call from the receptionist to the manager, I assume, and we were in and it felt like we were upgraded because the room we were given...

if you like golf, this is a good place to stay. Amazing location. but the rooms are quite old style, with few amentities. breakfast is very confused and not at the level of a 4-5 stars hotel. to be also honest, not everybody in the hotel has shown the courtesy that a guest expects in this type of contest. I...
