Stayed here as part of a family ski trip. Very basic hotel and was the penultimate week of the season so staff didn't seem to care. Have never met a deputy manager as rude as Lauren, she really needs some lessons in customer care or to be sacked. Rooms were not cleaned during the whole week, some guests didn't get...

We took a school group here and we're pleased with the rooms, very good food BUT wifi was charged daily €3 which barely worked in the bar area only. It should not have been charged for - hotels need to realise that it should be free!

We booked a new year trip for a group of 17 & we were well looked after by the rocketski reps. The hotel was very comfortable with plenty of hot water & great food. The bar was well stocked & the quiz was great fun. The resort is quiet with one night club, but for a family holiday it's great....

The hotel is in a central location near the bottom of the slopes and the main shopping arcade. It is relatively easy to ski back to the boot room door, subject to snow conditions, along a track linking with the nearest blue run. It is also only about 30m to walk to the nearest entrance of the main shopping arcade,...

I stayed here a few years ago on one of the ski trips I went on in 2012 (I know it's a long time ago but I thought why not review it anyway seen as I have stayed here. From the outside in the cold, the hotel has an extremely warm look about it and when I walked through the...

The exterior was stunning and the location just excellent. The rooms are very basic. The beds are either very comfortable or very uncomfortable, as with the pillows. The bathroom could be cleaner and the shower is either burning hot or freezing cold. The food consists of very English meals and lots of soup so if you do not like soup...

This is a hotel which is used for school parties but that is not to decry it. The staff from the Manager down go out of their way to make the skiing experience one to enjoy. The rooms are basic but clean with attention to detail by the servicing teams and the views from the balconies are spectacular. The breakfasts...

My family had a fantastic time here over the Christmas holidays. The hotel has a great 'ski-to-the-door' location just a couple of minutes walk from the nursery slopes/lifts. Rooms were fairly basic (as expected) but clean and well maintained. The hotel manager and the Rocket Ski staff were friendly, efficient and very helpful with local knowledge meaning we could make...

Our third Rocketski holiday and the first at this hotel. Staff all friendly and helpful. Location excellent with short walk to and from lifts. May be possible to ski back to hotel off piste if enough snow. If renting ski's from shop in 'Front niege' then leave them there overnight. Meal times became 'blurred' with the school kids present so...

Stayed as part of a secondary school trip with a load of kids, and must say it was an ideal hotel / resort. The hotel is about 200 meters from the chair lifts and drag lift. It is possible to ski back to the hotel. The shops and pubs are all stuck together as part of a large corridor, which...
