Old-fashioned option in Aalen. An outdated hotel, with rather uncomfortable rooms and a decoration that will not let you sleep. Although decently maintaned, rooms are small, quite noisy when full, beds are too soft and breakfast just average. In all, not the best option in town.

My room (51) was next to the road & it was as if the traffic actually came through my room! The room was cold - central heating turned off - a tiny duvet, no wifi signal & a dirty pillow case! After a sleepless night, I complained & was reluctantly offered another (very) slightly better room. I thought better of...

During my first visit to Germany for work, I stayed in this hotel for 5 days. As a English speaker with no German, I was unsure what to expect. I was very pleased with the experience. From check-in to check-out, the staff were very welcoming, polite and friendly. They went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend to anyone!!...

Spent several nights at this pleasant hotel. I found the price adequate. Rooms a big and feature comfortable beds, a big wardrobe, writing desk, clean bathroom (there is free bathing gel unlike another reviewer stated) and free wifi. Buffet breakfast was typical German, good selection of fruit, fresh bread, butter jams and cheese. Cooked breakfast is not really done in...

decent hotel in a nice little town, very large bedrooms with all facilities ok except for having no fridge, so in summer i wouldnt be drinking the warm bottled water on offer. comfortable enough though and enough cupboard space for the contents of about 10 suitcases! i think this is also a no kids hotel

This is a typically European hotel with rooms of various sizes and shapes and hallways and staircases that sort of ramble on through the length of a city block. Rooms are clean, the bathroom seemed to have been recently redone and was very nice. No great comforts, but very serviceable. Breakfast buffet is fairly extensive and good but not excellent.

This is a wonderful quite hotel well positioned for the town centre. The rooms were comfortable (although lacking a kettle) and the breakfast was well presented and good value or money. The staff were very attentive and helpful. We will definitely return to this delightful hotel.

On the positive side: the rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, the shower worked well, the breakfast offered a reasonably ample choice. The negatives: given the cost of the rooms to charge for WiFi is mean. There was no shower gel or soap, again given the price this is cheeseparing. The bedside lamp on my side did not work. Could...

Standard breakfast, small rooms, there was no Wi-Fi signal in the room, a lack of parking spaces allocated for hotel, dinner nothing special - I recommend to have it outside of hotel , the price is not worth for the quality of the service .....

Very expensive (143 euros 1 night ). The breakfast is very poor and of very bad quality. The usual water bottle in the room is not free of charge. Pieces of all over the world styles can be found in this hotel, i.e. it has no style and can be compared to a disney center. Not recommended at all.
