This hotel is part of a working brewery and a well-visited traditional ”Frankisches Gasthof”. The hotel part consists of an old and a new part. Some have carpet flooring, in the new part more rooms have wooden floors. When the bathroom ventilator refused to stop working after we switched off the light and went to bed, the manager gave us...

We came here nine years ago and returned recently. It has been updated a bit and new rooms added. Clean and lovely but retains its family run feel. Five minutes from the main German motorway, it is so peaceful. The BEST beer (according to Mr Scottish Bint) and fantastic food. Pffiferlinge to die for. Great breakfast too. A very, very...

Stayed here recently whilst visiting a supplier, on their recommendation. First impressions were good - very homely, lots of wooden paneling, flagstone floors...I was expecting a similar style room. However the rooms are recently renovated, so are uber modern - all beige and wooden decor, laminate floors, rain forest shower... Decent desk area, plenty of lighting, free water and house...

If you need to stay out in the countryside within 20min of Erlangen close to the motorway this is a great choice. Modern impeccable rooms over an outstanding micro-brewery restaurant. Bedside drink is a free bottle of beer and even the shampoo contains hops. Really good Bavarian food is served in the restaurant - the asparagus was simply divine.

We stayed one night in the hotel of the brewery on our way to Hungary. We arrived late afternoon and were advised a visit to the 'Felsenkeller' of the brewery on a clearing of the forrest. What a great way to start the weekend! We sampled some of the beers the brewery makes, very tasty! At dinner time we ate...

For a beer lover dreaming in a place like this is the non-plus ultra. As we open the door of our room we found a beer, and a new one was placed every day. At breakfast you can everything you can ask (they also have two kinds of beer gelèe), beautiful position, very nice and comfortable room, super kitchen and...

I've stayed in this family-run guesthouse twice in the past year, and on both occasions been very impressed. It's not in a prime location, being in a village outside of Adelsdorf some miles out from Nuremberg.... but it has character (being part of a working brewery), the staff are very friendly and accomodating (keeping the kitchen open given my late...
