Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Stayed two nights for business. Woke up to a beautiful view of the vineyards. Room is comfortable and clean. Bathroom is generous size. Super quiet at night. Hot pot in room. Breakfast is plentiful and many options for an international crowd. I highly recommend a stay here for your visit to beautiful Edenkoben.

We spent 1 night in this Hotel and generally liked it (incl. in particular the bathroom, the comfortable beds and the lovely buffet-breakfast). The only little “minus” actually concerns the Restaurant where it was... too hot the entire evening during our dinner. Food was delicious though, so give it a try! We recommend staying at this Hotel both to families with children (due to the numerous water-related activities outside) and to those needing quite surroundings & top views over the vines. The Hotel has sufficient parking spaces in front and a small indoor pool (incl. sauna) where guests can refresh themselves after a long day of sight-seeing & wine tasting on the Weinstrasse...

We brought our bikes to explore the bike paths through the vineyards. Beautiful views and environs. The hotel restaurant was excellent, reception staff friendly and professional. The rooms are well appointed and the interior of the hotel very chic. The breakfast was very good but the young lady managing the breakfast area, not impressive. Not friendly, nor attentive to guests’ needs. Would definitely go back.

Whilst the hotel may not appear to be the most architecturally impressive building. The location by a beautiful childrens' park, amongst field upon field of vines is wonderful. The distant castles and beautiful peaks surrounding the valley and the wonderful rooms make for a relaxing and splendid stay. The room was more like a suite, with a great bathroom, wonderfully comfortable beds, and a simple but elegant balcony. The level of cleanliness is fantastic. As was the restaurant, the outside space lovely, although the service a little poor and limited to drinks on the veranda. A shame when it is a lovely warm evening. The food is very well prepared, whilst a little limited to Germanic scope, the quality of the locally sourced food and drink is impressive and enjoyable. The staff are somewhat limited to the German clients, it appears not to be an internationally focused hotel, the grunts and shrugs were not that bad really - limited to 2 bar staff. The checkin and checkout procedures were simple, the reception fixed errors on the bill immediately without question. The only downside was the pool. Which is a lovely addition, but is essentially a very large bath in the cellar...fine to cool down, but not hand around in for too long. But, without question I recommend this place for couples or family. It is lovely.
