I booked my stay at this hotel to relax. But I regret my choice much. The cleaning staff start their vacuum cleaning at 7AM and from this time their phones ring too so you are probably gonna wake up around this time.
If you are a family or are very fond of children you might not bother but my room was next to the pool so I had children screaming non stop, even with all windows closed there was no possibility to get away from the noise.
Then you might say why not relax on the ‚private‘ beach. Truth is, it is NOT private. At weekends it is very crowded. If you are a friend of loud electronic music you will enjoy this beach very much. If not, like me, then not even your headphones can help you because it is so dominant.
Furthermore, the cleaning staff just ignores the do not disturb signs, as they, well, disturb. They almost caught me twice right out of the shower because they just did not bother and came in anyways. And then it took quite a while to make them understand in English that i don‘t need cleaning but much rather would put on some clothes.
Maybe my most important advice: DON‘T come here if you don‘t plan on coming by car. It takes incredibly long by public transport to get here and without internet you will not be able to find it as no signs designate it from the street. The taxi from the airport will cost you 150€ if you book with the hotel and 100€ if you book a transport online (so NO! Transport as it says on the homepage). The next real town is a 20 - 30 minute walk away amd there is only one (very) small mini market near.

The nice historic house can be visited but there is no possibility to eat next to it or anything as it might be suggested by the photos on the internet.

Apart from the noise and the bad location I don‘t get why this hotel has to lie to the clients by saying there is transport upon request and there is a private beach. Just call the things as they are and don‘t trick people.

Nevertheless it is clean, the staff is nice and the food (although small variety and pricey) is very good and also the forest is very nice.

Big and clean rooms. Well maintained facility. Excellent staff. Good restaurant. The pool needs.to be renovated. Right on the beach with Sun beds and umbrellas. On a quiet location next to the forest.

We visited the beach and the restaurant of the hotel for the past three days.
The staff was very friendly and attentive.
We had dinner at the Palmer's, their all day dining restaurant. The food was excellent and the portions quite big, especially the starters.
Food quality can easily be compared with best restaurants famous cosmopolitan cities worldwide.
We will definitely go back
