Run by father and son we couldn't complain about anything that was within their control. Beds, rooms, cleanliness, kitchen, breakfast and information - all excellent. They couldn't be more helpful - writing on maps for places you want to get to, printing off train and bus timetables, airport information, transfer details - you name it, they did it!! And it's...

Six of us stayed here late July for 3 nights and what a find. The host Mirko, is very attentive, helpful and is on hand for any local knowledge. The hotel only has 4 rooms abut each one is different, full of local charm, whilst being contemporary design. The roof terrace is a great spot for chilling out and enjoying...

We spent 5 days in total in this B&B and it was really a wonderful experience. The location is in the Historic Town, near the port and lots of great Restaurants and Bars nearby. We enjoyed the hospitality and the breakfast was also really great, if you are looking for a really nice cost effective place to stay in Monopoli...

With warm and friendly hosts, this beautiful B&B in the heart of Monopoli's centro storico is a 'must stay'. Beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, comfortable and spacious Casa Cimino is high in the list of places we have stayed across Italy. Monopoly itself is a delight and this B&B just adds to the charm of the visit.

We stayed for 11 nights in June with friends. The owner and his son are friendly helpful. The breakfast is basic however met our needs. The rooms are spacious clean. The roof terrace requires more loungers, although we played musical chairs/loungers!!!. The B&B is located approximately 2 minutes walk from the main square, numerous restaurants all with great choices which...

Right in the middle of old town, clean room, old furniture, excellent Wi-Fi, sweet(too sweet) breakfast, a good value for the price, nice owner. A great terrace with such a wonderful view which needs some flowers in all that flowerpots.

Great 4 or 5 bed B&b in Monopolli, central location and great folk who really do want you to enjoy your time in Monopolli. It is a bit of a self servic hotel apart from breakfast when the owner and his son visit to oversee breakfast.

Loved this place. Very close to the free parking, and to get in and out of the city from the historic district. The owner is wonderful and speaks English quite well. Great value for the price, clean, quiet, excellent WiFi. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

This BB was around the corner to bars, restaurants and the port (parking). Very clean rooms, daily cleaning also on Sunday! Italian breakfast and nice manager! Monopoli is such a beautiful place and great to visit Bari, Lecci and other places.

We stayed in Casa Cimino B&B for 2 weeks in September. Its location is perfect - in the heart of the historic center of Monopoli, 2 steps away from piazza Garibaldi with its restaurants ("Dal Ghiottone" and "La dolce vita" highly recommended), gelaterie (Caruso is a must!), caffes and center of evening life; shops and mini markets within a 5...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The B&B Casa Cimino has been established in an environment of late 19th century in Monopoli (Bari). The house, built in the historic Via Cimino, which, in the 16th century, corresponded to the border of the old city, the current "Historic Center", was almost adjacent to the walls that protected the population from the frequent invasions of the Lombards, Venetians, Aragonese and Spanish, which, during centuries of invasions, have certainly left in the city's architecture many sites to visit such as the Castle of Charles V, the town-walls, the Abbey of St. Stephen, as well as many religious cave dwellings and historical buildings all over the territory. ... more   less
