We stayed there this summer for 3 days in the giallo appartment, the view from the terrace is breathtaking on the Umbria valley and the same from the swimming pool. Fabrizia and Nicola are welcoming you in a very natural and warm fashion. We did appreciate Nicola's sense of humour, Fabrizia's good yoghourt and jams and to know more about... More

WOW!! My sister and I stayed at several agriturismos during our recent Umbrian adventures, and this was hands down our favorite. Literally a castle on top of a mountain and off the beaten path, in northern Umbria about 45 min from Perugia and Assisi. Monte Valentino is surrounded by several smaller towns nearby, and is easy to find if you... More

We have stayed with Nico and Fabri several times most recently this summer. They excel at what they do. Nothing is too much trouble. Fabri produces delightful breakfasts of a simple nature but with home made conserves and yogurt and delicious warm croissants. Nicko hovers around with good advice on everything from the weather to suggested tours. The rooms are... More

This review is a bit late....we stayed last year and had a wonderful stay. The rooms are spacious and the views beautiful. The breakfasts were wonderful: fresh cappuccino, homemade yogurt and jam...just awesome. The owners were super nice, and had great restaurant recommendations (Erba Luna was amazing, and the pizza place was the most affordable resto we ate at in... More

This agriturismo is a wonderful place to stay if you're planning to visit the Perugia region of Italy. It is a little out of the way up a slight hill, but we made it with no problems in a small Fiat Panda. We were rewarded with some of the most spectacular views of the Perugian countryside from our patio balcony.... More

A place of beauty. Travel along a 2 km lane to arrive at Monte Valentino - an old castle with a 1000 year old cellar. Breakfast is outside, accompanied by the smell of Italian coffee and warm croissants. Fabrizia is responsible for the jam and Nicola for the sweet cherry wine. The sound of cicadas prevades the air and olive... More

Enjoyed our stay here very much. Stunning views of the surrounding hillsides. Very quiet and relaxing. Our host Fabrizia was really nice and helpful. The room was very pleasant and clean and included a nice little kitchen and mini-fridge (we cooked in it all 4 nights we were there). We stayed in the Verde room. There was also a nice... More
