Location is good as it is walking distance from Sant Antony de Portmany being on a quiet neighborhood and right in front of the bay.
The staff is friendly although with very little knowledge of the surroundings as when asked for indications to pick up a boat they sent us to the furthest place out of 3 options.
The rooms are big and with a modern décor and besides swimming pools the hotel has additional facilities like table tennis and volleyball court.
The restaurant Elysium is excellent in all terms from the staff to the menu and definitely recommend one of their cocktails which are excellent.
The breakfast buffet is really amazing but the swimming pool bar food should be avoided as most is just supermarket style heated food.
The cleaning service is also not as rigorous as expected for a 4-stars hotel because when arriving at the room there were parts not clean.

Gorgeous hotel with stunning rooms, pool etc. It was extremely quiet even though there was a lot of guests and you can’t hear any noise from other rooms or corridors which is ideal, around a 15 min walk to San Antonio. You can get the number 8 bus to Ibiza town at the bus stop just a 2 min walk away from hotel,

Rooms cleaned every day, pool is overlooking the beach and you feel very safe in your room and hotel. Masks were worn at all times apart from sunbathing and eating/drinking. Extremely tranquil and relaxing would highly recommend and going to book for next year with my fiancé.

Stayed for 9 nights in late September, been to various 4* hotels across Europe and America and would say this is a 3* (just about). Check in was delayed by over an hour which was disappointing after an early flight, after arriving around Middy wasn’t ideal waiting over 3 hours. No explanation given either didn’t help! Room was on the 4th floor pool side, spacious enough but was 2 single beds joint together. Also no free bottled water in the room (like most 4* hotels offer). Cleaning staff did a great job every day keeping the room fresh, as do all the other staff around the resort from breakfast staff, reception and the bar.
Breakfast v repetitive, standard continental selections and cooked food included omelettes, meats, potatoes etc which were exactly the same each day, ended up going to the ‘Cool Cafe’ nearby for some variety and decent coffee on the last 2 days. Didn’t eat dinner at the hotel, nearby restaurants Es Virot / Casita were the best meals I had.
Used both pools and ample beds available, hotel was only around 50% capacity I think. No nice beaches nearby, headed to Cala d’Es Torrent (25 min walk) and Cala Bassa (1 hour walk / 10 min cab) both recommended, if you plan to walk take plenty of water and wear comfy trainers!
Overall nice enough stay. Undecided on whether I’d return, would depend on cost!

A lovely hotel, everything was super clean, really friendly staff throughout, nothing was too much trouble, from scissors to pins they had it all. The hotel is a great location, on the beach with a shop outside the front door. They had pool towels available, deposit taken. There was a good selection at breakfast, with hot and cold buffet, reasonable at just €10 pp. Rooms modern minimal and fresh bedding and towels every day, would absolutely recommend this one.

We booked the hotel as part of a package with TUI so a little disappointing that we had to wait for our room to be ready as surely the hotel would have known we would arrive early.
Overall decor of the hotel was lovely and super clean everywhere, so no complaints there! Room was also very nicely done, very spacious and clean, the housekeeping team were brilliant, rooms cleaned and fresh towels everyday.
Room did lack tea, coffee making facilities, there was a minibar which was chargeable so you mays well go to the shop and stock up as no such thing as even free water here!
Considering the location and mix of people staying, the hotel was very quiet at night.
Breakfast was the same each morning but plenty of choice so it was fine.
Wouldn’t recommend eating in the hotel for any other meals though, poor bar served very average overpriced food with limited choice. We had half board plus which gets you dinner in the restaurant but I wouldn’t bother wasting your money, food was too repetitive and lacked flavour, we ate out most of the time. Drinks advertised in this package actually only meant with dinner so again pointless.
Location is good, water taxis available to the San An bay or a 40 min walk, plenty of bars, food places and shops around plus the most amazing ice cream shop right of the hotel!
Overall would have been a good stay if we hadn’t paid extra for half board package but a few things the hotel should improve to keep up 4 star standard.

Dear Joanna, Thank you very much for taking the time to write your review about your stay with us at Els Pins Resort & Spa. We are sorry to hear that it was not the perfect stay that you wished for and we would like to tell you that unfortunately at this time of the year the hotel is full most of the days, making it difficult to deliver the room before the established time for everyone (14:00). You comment that the dinner was not to your liking on any of the days of your stay and that saddens us as we work hard to make sure that all meals are perfect. For us, it is very important to know all the comments of our customers, because we want to improve all the services we offer. We hope you can give us another opportunity in the future, in the meantime we send you our best regards. Reception Team Els Pins Resort & Spa

We visited for a birthday holiday. On arrival, first impressions.... beautiful a lovely fresh clean and very modern hotel designed with true ibiza in mind. Check in was very easy with super friendly staff. I had ordered a cake to the room with cava and a card which arrived shortly after settling in. The rooms are very large and spacious with a very large and extremely comfy bed. Mini bar with soft drinks, a rain shower and alot of storage, hairdryer and TV are also in the rooms and we requested an iron on arrival which we kept until departing.
We stayed on a b&b basis. Breakfast was served between 8 & 11 daily with lots of choice including
Cereals, breads / toast , bacon, sausage, fried, scrambled and omellete eggs, beans, vegetables, cheese, ham, pastrami, salad, fresh fruit, yoghurt with toppings, preserves, pastries, cakes, donuts, juice, tea & coffee. The selection was extremely large so not sure why the bad review, I mean what else would one wamt for breakfast?? We also had sandwiches around the pool which cost 10 euro for the 2 so not bad pricing at all.
The hotel is spotlessly clean in all areas. Lovely fresh white towels and linen. The main pool is large with lots of loungers and beds to choose from. There is also a smaller pool with a sea view and more loungers. The beautiful beach can be accessed via the side walk of the hotel and will no dissappoint. Towels are available at reception for a 10 euro deposit. There are many bars and restaurants around the hotel, would definitely recommend Relish, urban lounge and mei ling (see reviews) you can also get a taxi 6euro to town or a water taxi for 4 euros pp just a couple of minutes down the road. An airport taxi is Approximately 35 euro and reception will book a taxi for you to the main road . All in all a beautiful place with lots to do. The hotel is amazing and definitely worth a visit.

Beware of what you get charged at this hotel. They advertise one price and charge you something else and you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. Also, if you are American or English, you are almost totally disregarded or ignored.

This is definitely one of the nicest hotels we have seen along the seaside in Ibiza!

Room was ready when we arrived, absolutely spotless and was cleaned again daily. We had a nice view onto the pool and garden. The decor was bright and spacious!

The space around the pool is spread out and very clean. Again, nice new furniture. Pool itself was a refreshing temperature and a nice size. The pool bar made amazing cocktails and the staff were excellent. Honestly received 10/10 service everyday and the pool bar staff were very funny and friendly which definitely made the trip one to remember. They also offer food which was a bit pricey but you definitely got what you paid for, the club sandwich and toasties were delicious for lunch! The music around the pool is great and there is another quiet pool near the sea if you want a more relaxing day.

There was also a pool table for €2 a game and table tennis for free which was good entertainment before we went out in the evening.

We had breakfast included in our stay which offered a great selection and we always found things we liked. A standard cooked breakfast with lots of pastries, cakes, yogurts, fresh fruits, cereals, meats and cheeses. The coffee was also very high quality compared to most hotels we have been to.

Brilliant location as it’s a 20 min walk to San Antonio where there is events and parties but far out enough for it to be relaxing without the party culture. There are local supermarkets and shops to get all essentials and places to eat minutes away.

We haven’t got one negative thing to say about our stay at this hotel. A 10/10 holiday all round and we will definitely be back!

What an absolutely wonderful hotel! From arrival the hotel is stunning. Beautifully modern and so so clean. The room was the most basic we could’ve had but it was spacious, had a comfortable bed and lots of hangers and space for your clothes. The shower & toilet area in the room is in a glass box, very unusual concept but the shower was lovely, big and walk in. The pool was easy to get sunbeds (even around 11/12) and had a poolbar with a good selection of food and drink. The breakfast selection was great, lots of different options to suit different tastes.

The only negative I would say is that from 10.30am the music was blasting out beside the pool and it was nice but didn’t need to be so loud!

Not related to the hotel but be aware the taxi situation in Ibiza is shocking. We waited over an hour for a taxi called by the hotel which never turned up (not the hotels fault). Walked to the taxi rank and stood there for 30 mins with no taxi turning up that whole time and you can’t flag them down unlike the UK so if you are going over to the other side of the island, make sure you go early and not during busy time!

Very impressed with this place. Very classy, so clean looking, staff so attentive and helpful and meals were surprisingly really good. Pool area immaculate and also has its own beach area at the other side of the building Hotel seemed 90% full even at April with various nationalities. A bit too quiet for me at night with no entertainment in bar area and basically piano music in the background ( nothing for kids) but plenty of bars/restaurants on streets outside when they fully open for the season. Would I go back? Yes, even with their Glass shower screens.
