The hotel is situated in a slightly elevated location at the edge of the village Playa Blanca, approx. 1500 mtrs from the beach and approx. 2000 mtrs from the village centre with its bars, restaurants and shops. A free bus shuttle service to the Playa Dorada beach is arranged several times a day. The hotel consists of 290 modern apartments (renovated 2015/16) which are allocated in two story apartments. The main building offers a lobby with reception, bar and TV corner. It also offers three restaurants - an international, an Asian and an Italian one. The facilities includes as well a mini market, a pool bar, a gym and a disco. In the well kept gardens you will find 4 swimming pools (one of them heated 01/11-30/04) and a sun terrace with sun beds and umbrellas (free of charge). Pool towels will be provided against a small deposit. The water park “Dino Park,” which is opened daily, is attached to the hotel.

Honest opinion and my family experience, Room filled with bugs crawling over beds and walls, units, fridge had ant traps and plug ins never helped balcony wasn’t cleaned bird poo everywhere we had to buy a brush and pan to clean apartment floor, people were complaining about how cleaners were going into apartments and not closing the doors behind them so apartments were left open for people to just walk into, entertainment was out side and wasn’t the best kids entertainment was the same every night, booked a birthday package with the hotel for my daughter paid for balloons, cake, mock tails and we were left at table with nothing safe to safe left heartbroken for my little girl as the next nigh we seen and family receive the birthday package when trying to complain and ask why we never received the cake or mock tails the response we no speak English and words that were shouted at us were you Scottish I do not understand you with hands up in the air, food good for first two days then went down hill cockroaches all over restaurant and birds running about your feet, water slides were closed when we arrived over all best part of the holiday was getting on the plane home we tried to make the best of it but definitely won’t be back 1 star at most

This hotel is not a 4 ⭐️ it could be a 3 star hotel if they got new polite staff and maids to clean the rooms. Arriving at the hotel @ 3pm transfer were smooth from TUI. Checked in at the desk spoke to the manger about having rooms next to a friend that was coming in at a later time , he did the best he could. It was me and my 3 year old child. I had 2 suitcases and a buggy, no help is given at this hotel, the manager at the reception desk said he would help me over to my room if he wasn't busy , lol trust me to leave my husband at home. I made it to the room 221 ground floor property not too far from everything. The room wasn't clean with the floors full of hair and bits of food, it needed a sweep out. The hotel room has small tiny insects they were disturbing me, I had to buy the insect killer from the mini supermarket they had, they were on the bed the walls and surface I didn't take my clothes out the suitcase. I sprayed everywhere in the room bathroom, surface and floors it's helped a lot, i wish someone could tell me what they insects they are because it's wasn't pleasant. But guess what I managed to stay in the hotel for 4 nights. The blue beach towels, can HL paradise get new ones and stop being so damn cheap!!! The lady at reception was cutting of the string from the sides of the towels they are so old and ragged just like the sun beds. She was saving them to reuse what a joke. The hotel needs some paint a refresh with some new items , it's dated but it needs looking after much more. The cleaner came to my room I had to take the broom of her because she didn't want to do it the next day she did do a better job. The plates at dinner are chipped and a few were dirty the same again update the plates. The food wasn't bad I must say there was a variety of dishes each day, they feed you well. The game machines on site need fixing I lost about €6 The kids club was ok the staff were friendly. The disco nights at the hotel were Repetitive same song same Routine nothing different expect spider man came out to take pictures. I got good points and bad points but I was happy with the stay at all. My 3 year old child enjoyed the time there absolutely. But I need a much more cleaner Hotel. I got a shared taxi to bisofera mall was nice something to do with my child and a bit of shopping. Rancho Texas zoo was boring left a Hour later Took a picture with the parrot which was good Feel free for any questions

This was a very very poor vacation. We spent a week in a resort that on the surface looks pretty decent, great staff, good food options in the restaurants, rooms were fine, beds were definitely on the firmer side of being comfortable. The primary issue is the absolutely appalling behaviour of some of the clientele that were on site, but more over management's utter dereliction of duty when dealing with this behaviour. The pool area was left in a filthy condition every single evening. Towels (both pool and room) were left discarded and strewn around the vicinity. Paper cups littered across the entire resort. Plates taken from the restaurant area and left by the pool loungers. Zero sense of personal responsibility by certain guests reinforced by a management team who could care less for the safety and well being of the guests who were there to try enjoy family time as opposed to filling there boots with free booze from sunrise to sunset. Having adults too drunk to stand throwing punches, at 19:15 in the evening (right in the middle of dinner) is completely unacceptable at any standard. But worse still, to find the 2 involved in the fight still onsite, bloodied and battered the following day with zero repercussions is reprehensible. Management's response to complaints from families who's children were left traumatised by these scenes "We are not responsible for people who drink too much" You are responsible. It is your duty to ensure the safety and we'll being of ALL guests. I sincerely feel terrible for the pleasant and friendly staff we encountered, who have to come to earn a living in these conditions. The property at this point seems to be lost to wilful, shameless mismanagement. I've seen complaints about various aspects of the hotel such as hard beds, mould in rooms, insects. These issues can be addressed easily enough with a little bit of investment. However the safety and wellbeing issues will take a full review of hotel policies, a change in personal at a management level and a want to actually be a 4 star resort. But that doesn't look to be on the horizon anytime soon. 4 stars is clearly false advertising.

The staff were great but I truly feel sorry for them having to put up with many of the clientele that stay here. There was tension daily and physical fighting in the bar area at dinnertime, with no care given to the many young children present. They were not even evicted. The food was OK, good some days, not others, but generally we found something to eat at most meals. The beds are like sleeping on a floor but otherwise the rooms were good. The whole place could do with sprucing up but unless the management are willing to deal with the problem guests then it is not worth putting the money into it.

23rd November 2023 for 7 nights. Apartment based hotel. First floor, very spacious balcony facing south. Fridge and microwave. Clean and in good decorative order. Walk-in modern shower worked well, adequate hot water. No wash bowl plug, used upturned glass. Bedroom patio door runner very stiff. Beds were firm but we both had no problem with them. Pervasive smell of drains for several days in the vicinity of our apartment. Beds made and floor cleaned most days. Absolutely the best UK TV channel choice and picture quality I have ever come across in Spain/Canaries. We found the choice and availability of food was on par or a bit better than other all inclusive hotels we have stayed at on Lanzarote. Staff were noticeably friendly and welcoming. The pool was functioning normally and there were adequate sunbeds. Bins were emptied regularly and grounds were generally tidy of leaves and rubbish.

Great value, food excellent. We stayed for a week in Nov with our 11 yo son, for what we paid and what we got we were really pleased. Main pool out of use but could use sister hotel, only one slide out of use and many others. We ate different foods each night and found the quality and options great. Hotel is a little way out but we hired a car. Staff were good, entertainment is not usually our thing but enjoyable. Room basic but was clean for us.

I would not stay at this hotel again, when we arrived the shower head was of the wall but this didn’t bother me at first till my experience just got worse! Alcohol is definitely watered down! Me my son and partner became very ill our last 2 nights of our holiday, server sickness and dihoreea my son is 1 year old and sleeps in a cot he took bad in the middle of the night and was sick all over his cot, I rang up to reception for bedding and blanket for him they came with just 1 sheet and said I would need to wait till the morning, the following morning he continued to be sick ect I rang and asked for my room to be cleaned and all beds to be done as we where all unwell they said someone would come asap a hour went by my son was getting tired and had no where to sleep as he had sick on his sheets I rang back and explained this and they said I would need to wait as they do the room in order so I said is my son expected to just lie in his own sick it took another hour to for someone to come and she barley cleaned the room at all. Speaking to one of our neighbours he said he had been poorly to with sickness and had ate the same as us at the restaurant so I believe it be to be food posing! Rooms are very bad with ants ect in them am covered in bites I just had a bad overall experience tbh

The hotel itself is in need of an update but the staff are very helpful. The major issue with this hotel is it's clientele. Lots of fights, drunken behaviour and even in front of kids. Simply. Not. Right. And needs to be dealt with to seriously improve this place. Lots of positives from the food and the pools etc. But hotel management need to look hard in the mirror on who they allow in and manage their policies to deal with these people. Why go on holiday to fight and scream. Madness

Avoid at all costs! We’ve been here since 29th November. every night there has been a fight or the police have been here. men acting like animals can’t handle there drink hitting women staff and pushing children out of the way to fight. we’ve spend most of our time in the sister hotel and the beach. the same man who’s causing all the trouble was arrested for one night there’s blood everywhere the second time and they still didn’t kick him out he is in the next room to us and we have to listen to it all day long. as a family resort manager needs the sack telling us there’s nothing she can do if people drink too much. which clearly there is get them out!!! children and traumatised would never return here again and when we turned up to our room it was full of mould next to where we sleep. we’ve not had the best experience here. it’s filthy. they need to learn how to run a hotel properly or just shut the place down!! use the sister hotel if you’ve booked I advise to swap!!!! sister hotel is a million times better.

Not great and won’t be going back. The rooms were dirty and in need of repair. Found hair in the shower when we arrived and the mirror looked like it had caustic soda thrown over it. The door handles were hanging off and the whole area needed updating and painting. Kids enjoyed the water park and the staff were very friendly though. It’s a 20 min walk into Playa Blanca and taxis can take a while to come. The food was OK but basic and we ended up eating out a lot. I wouldn’t stay here again.
