First thing to say the staff are some of the best and deserve the 4 -Stars. Our room had been newly tiled, bath room also. Only one mirror that was in the bathroom. The hotel has 98 rooms advertises bar, there was none, cafeteria not open. The magnificent eating area set up for all 200 guests to eat was only...

Clean room and public areas and the staff were friendly and courteous. Great pool area which the groundsman works hard to keep spotless. Buffet dinner was awful - the veg and even some salad was out of tins. Meat and fish overcooked and indigestible. Next door is a lovely restaurant with a €14 evening menu. Breakfast was basic but with...

Location was super. On the beach and few minutes walk to all the shopping and restaurants. Parking was very expensive even in the hotel private car park and most ridicoulous thing was that they had every night some band or disco just outside our bedroom. It was so lud that u could not hear even tv in your room and...

This hotel has a good location, directly in front of the beach. It has a decent pool and direct connection to the beach. The hotel has a lot of facilities, but is definately outdated. The rooms are old as well. The staff is friendly and will help where they can. We were given a sea view room without asking, which...

We got a special deal for this hotel so taking that into account we were quite forgiving of things that we otherwise would have complained about. We booked two sea view rooms and we were on the sixth floor and the view from the rooms was splendid we had a very large double room with a very large terrace. The...

We decided to stay at this hotel after receiving an email from the hotel group saying they had a special promotion to launch the reopening of the hotel after refurbishment. We were disappointed to find very little refurbishment had been done. The hotel seems to be stuck in a timewarp from the 60's/70's. The whole outside of the hotel badly...

Nice Hotel and what I feel was good value for money. The staff, in particularly the front office were very friendly and helpful! Would recommend the hotel to friends and family! Platja d'aro is a smallish town but great location for a relaxing beach holiday
