Lovely large double room in a lovely thatched building, in lovely gardens and grounds. Highly Recommend. Annemarie & Jelke very friendly and helpful hosts, they gave us cycling routes to follow, tips on places to see, and places to eat. Breakfast was great, fruit, youghurt, croissants, cheeses, meats, rolls, eggs - all served either in our room (we had our...

This Bed and breakfast is located in the north of the Netherlands, not far from Groningen and Assen. It is a fully refurbished listed farmhouse from the outside, but from the inside it is a modern and very comfortable Hotel. We stayed in the small apartment, that has a livingroom and kitchen area, as well as a master bedroom with...

My husband and I recently stayed at the lovely B&B Erfgoedlogies de Eshof for three nights. We were on an independent driving trip through The Netherlands and Belgium. We wanted to see the north part of the Netherlands and we wanted a quiet place in the countryside to see more of the life of the people outside of Amsterdam. We...

We stayed in the Heerenkamer over the Easter break and had a pleasant stay. Annemarie and her husband are well-seasoned hosts and made us feel at home in their B&B. We really enjoyed the privacy. The apartment was very comfortable, quiet and had a lovely view of the gardens. It was warm and cosy and had enough furniture and kitchen...

This lovely bed and breakfast is located in the quaint village of Norg. It was a short drive to our areas of interest on this trip and we enjoyed the countryside around Norg too. The village is...

My father, brother and a friend stayed here for the Truck Festival on the 26th and 27th July 2013. The B&B was in a great location, close to the shops etc and was easily located. It was of a very high standard. The rooms were spotless, and although the B&B is in a very traditional style building with a traditional...

This beautifully preserved old farm in the charming town of Norg is some distance from Groningen, but we drove across to the park & ride at Haren and took a bus into the centre as our host recommended. It was worth a small inconvenience to stay at such a lovely place. Norg is quite beautiful and the "Eshof" itself is...

The rooms are situated in a beautiful old farmhouse/mansion in a magnificent garden with small private seating area's and a lovely pool and Sauna. The room was very well decorated and although preserving the caracter of the house (anno 1700's I believe), offered all modern conveniences. The room was magnificently clean, although it has tapestry on the floor the climate...

Norg is a small and historic village in the northeastern part of The Netherlands in the province of Drenthe. The oldest known settlement remains in this area date back to 650-750 BC. The most important monument in the village, is the 13th century Romanesque church on De Brink (The Village Square). De Eshof is located just behind that church. De Eshof is situated at no more than 110 yards of the center of Norg, close to various attractive restaurants and stores.
