Attended a reception/dinner that was spectacular. The five course dinner was beautifully prepared. The service superb. The setting was such a treat. It is an exceptional venue for special events. We enjoyed walking about the Terra e and admiring the garden a.d grounds before dinner.

Great hotel - in the 300 years old mansion, that stands in the middle of the beautiful park (part of the land property), bordering with the forest (part of the natural reserve). We got the "economy" room on the 2nd floor, the room was large enough, good bed, good bathroom. No AC so we had to open the windows -... More

We stayed here for one night to attend my cousins wedding. The hotel is truly wonderful, the food was exceptional (probably the best I have ever tasted), the staff very friendly, the location and grounds were amazing. Just wish we could have stayed for more than one night

Weddings and conferences have priority, others not. The koetshuis has a great restaurant, the rooms there can only be reached via a narrow extremely steep set of stairs that are more ladder than stairs and totally not suitable except for the young and nimble. Breakfast is served in little rooms in the main house basement and varied from good when... More

Gorgeous interior, lovely for weekend getaway when coupled with hiking in the famous national park just a step away. We had a really cheap last minute deal, probably got their cheapest room up in the attic but the view was amazing... especially early morning... the fresh dewy air... we saw a herd of cow walking past the field infront of... This is a hotel with grand aspirations which fall short. I had numerous problems ranging from the television and sex in the room next to mine through to a bill which could not be produced before I left at 8.20 in the morning. This hotel is very Dutch, where clients and staff are equal and service is .... well, just... More

This Estate is beautifully located. Somebody (not from the Estate) told me that it belongs to the 10 most beautiful estates in the Netherlands. I stayed here for a wedding and it was beautiful. I have seen quite some of the estate where you can make beautiful walks. In the actual building you will see a nice mix of old... More

We stayed here for a wedding of a close friend, which I helped to organize as well. As such, I had been in contact with the hotel staff before the stay and was in close contact with them during the wedding day itself. Staff was very helpful and giving us helpful tips on how to make the wedding day at... More

Stayed at Rederoord for business; we had a two-day overnight program. Hotel rooms are quite modern, but still fit well with the grandeur and style of the building. Rooms differ much in size, and the rooms in the back tend to catch a lot of the sound of the passing trains. Views are exellent though! Staff and service are welcoming... More

The year was 1961. With another student from Antioch College I spent 6 months living at the "Castle at Rhederoord" as it was called. It was a boarding school for international and Dutch children. We lived, ate, slept and taught in this barely heated but beautiful building sharing a room on the top floor overlooking the surrounding fields and woods.... More

“Room 101 is a great room, with balcony overlooking the backgardens, however, it is right above the main hall, so if you are there for a party, you better join it because you will be getting little sleep!”

“The balcony rooms and the front room above the entrance are very large, the rooms at the back are within hearing distance of the trains”

“From the photo of the exterior, it looks identical to the way I remember Rhederoord in 1961.. . but then it wasn't a hotel! During WWII it had been taken over by the Germans as an encampment for the generals.”
