We stayed here for 4 nights and although it wasn't a fancy luxury hotel, we loved our time here. The staff were so kind and went out of there way to help us that we were really touched. The receptionist was The only man who spoke English in the whole area and without him we could not communicate with the...

This hotel is well located in front of the market and near to the principal touristic places. The rooms are clean as the bathroom, with European toilets. The only thing, do not accept to be in rooms 101,102 or 201,202 because you will be next to the stairs and people are quite noisy. Except for that wifi comes and go...

We stayed some days in Urfa during our tour in Turkey. I think I can say it was the most amazing for me. Everything went on 100% well. We saw everything we wanted we ate a greater amount of delicious food than we had imagined we experienced more local events or feasts than we could ever imagine and met a...

But Müslüm - fluently english speaking -, was very, very helpful and friendly with us, our desires and questions. He knows the town very well and gave good advices - eating, special deals,...

The only positive to this hotel is it's location to the Balik Göl(Fish Lake) & the Parklands, other than that, it's an overpriced budget hotel. The crimson curtains, fake floral bouquets, badly coordinated paintwork, do not save it from the non-working smelly toilet, cheap furniture & fit out, dead wifi & no sound proofing. Our taxi driver to his credit...

To the hotel reception "Edessa" in Urfa We salute the Reception very much! Now we have arrived back home after we have traveled nine weeks through the beautiful Turkey. We have visited so many cultural and archaeological sites and had many friendly encounters and conversations with people. Therein, of course, we got a lot of useful information. Now we enjoy...

This is my first review on tripadvisor. As a matter of fact, I signed up for writing this up. Hotel is located on a noisy street. It is 2.25am at this point, and I can't sleep due to the shopkeepers' (food stores are still open) chattering. (and, I had asked for a quiet room when checking in!). Now, the room......
