Cheapest place to park your camper or van for the night a top the peninsula. It's also very pretty, clean and friendly. Only 20mins from coromandel you may as well make it your stop if your doing the loop.

Ngaire and family are lovely hosts and I'd recommend the horse treks too. Our children loved building a dam in the stream and going on the quad bike with Ngaire to feed the farm animals. The Green Snapper Cafe down the road is highly recommended...More

On our sheep and cattle farm in the Coromandel Ranges, we provide accommodation and activities for all ages and budgets. Accommo includes camping, on-site caravans, backpacker-style, lodges in the bush and 2 More and 3 bedroom houses with all modern conveniences.Activities are feeding orphan animals and doing farm chores; horsetrekking; scenic walks to waterfalls, the top of the mountains and glowworms in a old goldmine; swimming in the creek's swimming hole OR JUST RELAX, DO NOTHING and listen to sound of birds.(Even easier to do nothing in winter while you sit/lay in front of the wood stove that you'll find in all the houses. ) Less
