A group of women (all of us turning 60 this year) stayed in 4 cabins/rooms at LL in October. Beautiful location, comfortable beds, great food at the lodge! We were provided with a large room to meet in for our meals and workshops. Delightful place to get away from Missoula yet handy to town. No cell service makes for dandy...

We were camping down the road. Went in for breakfast, who would have thought it would be this good. I had the Floentine omelet. Spinach, tomato, bacon and cheese covered with hollandaise sauce with Hash browns and toast. My husband had eggs, bacon and pancakes. You have to look at the picture I posted. It looked like some thing out...

My daughter and I had traveled down to Boise, Idaho. We were traveling north back to Canada on this scenic road. However we had half a tank of gas and didn't realize this road had no gas stations. When my light went on indicating we were empty I began to stress out, thinking I'm gonna be stuck on the mountain...

We weren't staying at the lodage but at the campsite next door. We walked up for dinner instead of cooking for ourselves.THe Lodge is a beautiful log built building. Excellent service and friendly helpful staff. Nice range of food available and nice selection of beers. Big portions, so unless you're a big eater you don't really need a starter. We...

This was a great find. Bang for buck the rooms are fantastic with really excellent showers. The food is good and the staff are really friendly. There is a great dining room with a fire. A separate bar area is good to make some noise in and is lively. Wifi is quite average however

Beautiful lodge with yummy food! Loved the much needed stop for lunch and gas on the scenic highway 12 which runs along the Lochsa river, one of Idaho's wild rivers. The lodge has a great deck out the back and it has just the perfect amount of sun and shade. Not to mention the fire pit and the possibility of...

The Lochsa Lodge pretty well has a monopoly on food and lodging west of the Lolo Pass. fortunately, it offers good food in a beautiful location. We lunched on the back deck under a cedar tree, with the sound of the river as accompaniment. Our sandwiches were very good. Service was friendly, although a little slow.

It is so beautiful and quaint here. The lodge is great with good breakfast. Right on the river and in the mountains. The winding mountain road to get there is stunning. The rustic cottage/cabins are perfect. Great place to stay!

For anyone driving or riding Lolo pass, this is the perfect place to stop for a quick meal or an overnight. The rooms/cabins are clean and spacious with all the usual amenities. The restaurant has efficient friendly staff and a good selection of foods and drink. We will stay here again.

Beautiful evening drive up Highway 12 over Lolo Pass to the Lochsa Lodge for dinner out. Sat on the deck outside and service was excellent. Went with the intention of having a burger (they have great burgers) but ended up eating the "special" instead. The special was a chicken dish and it was just ok and left feeling like I...

“Cabin 2A is the best. It's an individual cabin with a nice little fireplace, front porch, close to the river and right behind the lodge. It has been upgraded to a king bed configuration and has a nice bathroom.”
