Good location near night time food-stall market with varieties of local delicious food : "Larp Phet" Minced duck spicy salad is a must but tell them serously to make it " Mai Pet" : not spicy otherwise you will be in trouble. Try "Kao Kiap Pak Mor" vietnamese style, it is a must. I also have a local smoothy drink... More

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Having read reviews from other travellers, I was ready for the fact that the room would not be particularly nice but the location of the hotel was good for sightseeing so I thought I would give it a go. The room was very tired looking - chipped furniture and a very mouldy... More

Found hotel when dropped off by local bus after arriving from Laos. Promo offer 450 BT per night in standard room. Lobby is pleasant enough but rooms seems a bit dated. Clean comfy beds, AC, refrigerator, TV but only Thai channels. kettle to make a cuppa but no tea or coffee provided. Bathroom OK but needs a good scrub to... More

Smacked right the center of old Ubon Town. A re-furbished hotel, looks modern inside out. I was surprised my booking was not received by them. The staff speaks little English, it doesn't do any good. My broken Thai helps, but she insisted to have a local Thai telephone number to confirm my booking. I'd to arrange myself to contact the... More

Nice hotel, central location, air con, wifi in room good, friendly and helpful staff, well priced. Situated in downtown area and a short walk to the river and to several pagodas. Tea and coffee in the rooms. Little noise. Would recommend to others

Miss piggy was so picky! A nice hotel in a good area, great aircon clean rooms. If you want a fancy hotel pay more somewhere else. I like it here :-) near night food market. 200 words?? Bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla!

Booked one night just for passing the night over Ubon ratchathani. Pro's - location: close to convenience stores, food, and transportations - eager bellman (but ignorant reception who not even care to look at your special requests) Con's - bad room's condition: sad lighting which depressed me with mysterious feeling, cheap unmatched furniture - small and dirty bathroom, stained water... This is an old hotel in the Thung Sri Muang area, the very heart of Ubon downtown. The hotel has recently been renovated and the room that I stayed was fairly nice, with a mix of old and new world. The room was rather small. I didn't try the restaurant but it looked nice from outside. Parking space seems to... More

I stayed here 8 years ago and it was pretty good. I don't think much has changed with the rooms since then though (the Lobby has been redone). Since then there has been so many new additions to the hotel scene in the mid range price bracket (like the Ratchathani) in Ubon that you really should try somewhere else. `... More
