Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

There is no wi -fi except on the reception desk ... the tv stopped as well. The rooms are ok but if you stay in this hotel and try to do some work on the computer , there is no way to do it ! Sorry ...

Located in the ring road (2 km. before entering the town) Kouros hotel is very convenient if you drive. The room was nice and clean and the staff was friendly and polite. The breakfast was more like a 3-star hotel, lacked in variety, but it was tasty. All in all though it was a very good experience.

Value for money. The room was very clean and the personnel very polite. The premises are in good condition. Best choice for business trips. Few klm out of the city of Drama. The kitchen and the gym are open most of the day.

Stayed there with family on Christmas night. It offers good facilities and it is clean and well looked after. It is located on Drama's ring road, which is very convenient if you drive, but not if you're on foot. There is barely anything you can visit from there within walking distance, but it is very easy to drive to anywhere due to its location on Drama's main roads. The one thing I didn't like was that during breakfast the morning after Christmas, the restaurant was so busy that you had to wait to be seated and the buffet supplies ran out. Busy hotels are to be expected on such a day but the hotel management should have prepared for it - clearly they hadn't. Credits to the staff that were on shift, they did everything they could to cope with the situation. One thing I found

We have been here multiple times, both for wedding celebrations and just to enjoy a drink and the pool facilities. The hotel is decorated in classical style and is a 4-star hotel. It is an excellent venue for weddings and has vast space both inside and outside to dance, party and enjoy the pool. In the evening it is gorgeously lit. The staff are professional and the location is not central, but a brief drive away from the city centre (maybe 10 mins). On any summer day, you can drop in to swim in the pool and have a drink as you are swimming. There is a symbolic charge for using the pool facilities if you actually swim (3 euros per person) and any drink charges would be on top of that. Otherwise, it is free to relax on hotel grounds. I would recommend this lush hotel to anyone

We stayed there for two nights. It was a university trip. The hotel is clean and thw stuff polite and helpfull. The breakfast was poor. I ordered in my room a salad, which came a bit late, but it was big, tasty in resonable price.

I spent three nights at this hotel from the 13th March 2016. The hotel itself is on the outskirts of Drama, but close to all amenities and to the main Kavala road making access to the hotel very easy. The hotel is of an excellent standard with very friendly staff. All the rooms are of a high standard, comfortable and quiet. The restaurant is very good, and once again very comfortable and relaxing. The restaurant staff were very pleasant and helpful. Service of an evening could be a little slow, but it was not an issue. All in all a recommended hotel, with excellent multi-lingual staff who are very professional and ensure you have a good stay. once you have stayed, I am certain you will want to return in the future.

That was the second time we stayed at this hotel, as it is supposed to be the best in the region. The stuff is polite and friendly, and this adds up to the positive side. The room was comfortable, but overall the owner needs to put his hand I the pocket and renovate it! Nevertheless, what is totally unacceptable, is the 'breakfast' served! It is a shame and disgrace, nowadays to serve undrinkable canned orange juice, full of additives and preservatives that kicks your throat, along with the worst quality of mud-like 'coffee'! Just for the sake of saving pennies... I refuse to touch this kind of 'breakfast', and I only choose to stay there in the lack of any other alternative, while on business. Definitely not a 4 star! How about a 2?! Improving the breakfast would be a step
