Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

An amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were so kind and friendly and the hospitality they showed us was outstanding. The room was immaculate, and tastefully decorated. I could have stayed there forever! The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Last but not least, the breakfast and the service were just perfect. Many thanks for the experience!

We were rather disappointed with this hotel. It was quite expensive (and for the price they charge I would expect all the 'details' to be attended to). But it felt like the owners were away and they'd left it to a friend to run for them. The 'details' that were missed included no loo rolls in the bathroom, no towels in the spa and a rather mediocre/slow breakfast (The Lonely Planet Guide talks about "lavish locally sourced breakfast" - but it was far from this). The bedroom we were in (no 6) had a large gap under the door, so it was very draughty, and the bedroom was tiny (a narrow double bed jammed into a corner so you had to clamber over your partner to get to the loo). There was no tea/coffee making option. On the plus side it is a wonderful location...

The place is exactly how you imagine it. It has the touch of an English cottage, the rooms are lovely, the common areas are cozy, the village and the surrounding is beautiful. Perfect place to relax, or explore around the area. The only thing I would suggest is to improve the diversity of the food menu and breakfast.

Amazing hospitality. Beautiful interior designs from the reception to rooms to breakfast area. The hammam/spa WAS AMAZING. Absolutely the highlight. I had read a review about a room having the bed against the wall. Unfortunately, we had this room. This was uncomfortable a little bit as a couple (not being to walk on our own sides of the bed or each have our own lamps/nightstands) BUT the room was beautiful, clean and we made a fire in the fireplace every night.

We stayed with the family for one night (we would have loved to stay a week) and we were very pleased with the warm welcome, the spaciousness of the rooms and the general feeling of relaxing in the green nature of Epirus. Breakfast was copious and once again the friendliness of the people was fantastic.

The village and hotel are quiet, the hotel complex has beautiful local architecture, great view of the surroundings from the outdoor balcony, our room was pleasant and spacious. The ladies at the front desk did a great job taking care of every detail concerning our stay, with smiles all over.

We stayed 3 nights in a charming very confortable room. Enjoying the very friendly and warm atmosphere animated by a lovely staff. The indoor spa is a very relaxing and lovely place. The little village of ano Pedina is a quiet ancient village in the heart of Zagoria from where you can visit the breathtaking Vikos Gorge.
