The room was spotless , the hotel was spotless. The breakfast was excellent with endless cups of cafe lattes. This is a superb hotel, ideally located just a couple of minutes walk from the beach and a nice supermarket. The staff were superb - friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. The breakfast is great, with home-made jams and fresh fruits standing out. And our evening meals were v good too. It has a very nice family feel, where great care... More

Wonderfully nice and cozy hotel. Personal staff and good beds. Lovely terrace facing the quiet street. Close to nice supermarket and a nice little beach. Nice breakfast with homemade jams and pastries. The breakfast included the most and moreover real coffee. Reasonable price. Hard to get there, because googlemaps is not updated.

This was a nice clean and cosy hotel, located in Sperlonga centre. The hotel was great with nice beds. Friendly staff that tried their best to help us even if their english was limited. The breakfast was really good with lots to choose from, including several home made marmelades. Close to the beach and two small supermarkets. Free wifi in... More

Its a good, clean property catering to basic needs of Bed & Breakfast. Good location, the beach is 2 minutes walk. I could not eat my breakfast as I was to catch a bus early. Bath linen were a disappointment. They were clean but not Turkish Towel, A good bed and breakfast joint.

First off, I want to say that the hotel is very clean, which is very important to me. The rooms are just average, maybe a bit too small for a group of 4. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, but it is around the reception. The service is great, but there isn't really a lot of things to choose... More

This place really exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and comfort! We were 4 people, split into 2 rooms which had a sort of door in the hallway allowing us to have a private and semi-adjoined room situation. Our patios were huge, complete with chairs and a table and an awning for shade if we wanted, and the sea... More

We stayed for one night on our way south - the room was modern, clean & comfortable, the breakfast excellent and the proxcimity to the town and restaurants was great. We could stay here for a week and enjoy the beach on another visit to Italy. The staff were friendly and helpfull.
