Overall a lovely stay this is a great location but a car is essential. It is perched high on a hill above the resort but near the main road so it's easy to visit other resorts near by. The room was a good size and very clean Lovely view and small sitting area.We had half board which was very good...

Great place overlooking the Port of Ottioulu, beautiful view especially in the morning for breakfast, very peaceful. The owner Giovanni is awsome, helpful and attentive. I have already recommened this place to all of my co-workers. The rates are competitive. Giovanni offers a 4 course dinner at night at a very reasonable rate (drinks not included). His waitstaff is great,...

It was a very nice stay and holiday in Luddui (budoni) Hotel Castello. The hotel is very quiet and the stuff is very friendly. The view is fantastic down to the sea and the harbor. If you have a car it is no problem to reach many fantastic beaches near by. Thanks a lot for a great relaxing holiday 👍

The view really is great. There is a swimming pool which again has a great view from. The room was pretty good, modern clean and simple. The hotel is accessed via a steep gravel drive which our fiat panda hire car coped with just fine. the negatives: The breakfast was adequate - but with a little more effort could be...

Me and my girlfriend chose the hostel, because we wanted to spend some quiet days close to a beach in a gay-friendly surrounding and that's exactly what we got. Although we were the only gay couple we could identify there (not only at the hostel- the people on holidays in the region we spotted - seemed to be mostly italian...

We stayed there just one night but maybe we should have booked for 2-3 more nights, our stay was just amazing. we loved the location, on a top of a hill which makes the place somehow exclusive. I read some negative comments about this place and I have found them pretty ridiculous so don't be put off by them. You...

I liked this hotel very much, due to its location (up on a hill, looking at the sea), that gives you a feeling tranquility and relaxation, and is closer to nature. The rooms are indeed simple, but everything is new and looks nice, so we liked this, too. The owner is a nice and friendly person, so is the girl...

We stayed two couples at the beginning of September, 2013, the hotel is instead a bit remote but who who travels by car distance is not a problem, the view from the rooms is simply amazing, the rooms are spacious, clean and change the towels are excellent, breakfast is simple with a personal service manager and hotel owner provides immediate...

Our week long holiday at Il Castello did not get off to a very good start by finding that the hotel seemed closed down for the winter when we arrived - all locked up with absolutely nobody around! After some panicking and phoning England somebody did turn up and unlock, but there was little in the way of apology or...

Too far from anywhere to walk in the heat. 3-4 km to nearest restaurant or shop. Access both ways by unlit unmade track that is impossible to traverse at nigh, so you have to hire a car. Very quiet with lovely views but do you want to be in a hotel on your own? No jacuzzi as mentioned. Unadvertised bar...

“We just saw our own room, so it's difficult to say- but we enjoyed, that our room was far away from the pool, because during our last night some noisy party crowd came home to the hotel around 4 o'clock in the night. They were continuiing their party at the pool so we were happy to be far awy from there and could still sleep with earplugs.”

“Rooms on the ground floor are better, in my opinion, as they have a big terrace, the others have small balconies. All of them have a table and chairs, where you can eat.”
